With the best ๐๐ถ๐น๐น-๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ in the world, with your best effort at being ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ, and even with the help of a ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ตโฆ if you are not taking some time every single week to plan, you will 100% fail sooner or later.
Iโm not just saying this for views / clicks / likes - this is from experience of working with well over 100 Dads now.
The Dads who actually achieve their goals, have one thing in common - They Plan. Every Week. Without Fail.
And the other guys, who end up back where they started (again) or who fail spectacularly and end up even worse off, also have one thing in common - they did ๐ป๐ผ๐ do regular (or any) planning!
It doesnโt have to be hard or complicated to work either.
You know the โwhatโ to do, but what about the โwhenโ.
If you donโt deliberately put time aside to fit things in, youโre still winging it.
Things like:
๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Scheduling Gym / Training / Sport - so that you can actually show up
๐ง Organising your main meals, snacks and generally โbetterโ nutrition - it doesnโt happen by chance!
๐ Improving your sleep hygiene - take steps and action, otherwise nothing changes
๐ง Hydrate better - your body and mind will thank you for this easy win!
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ Put time aside to actively Rest - slumping on the sofa, doom-scrolling tiktok might feel good in the moment, but it is not going to pay you back like real mindful rest and recovery!
Not rocket science for someone as smart as you right! ๐
