It's National Volunteers Week!

Every year, National Volunteers Week gives us the chance to celebrate the amazing individuals who give their time and talents to Creative Communities and Bristol Sober Spaces. Our volunteers give so much to our groups and events and without them, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. Thank you to each and every one of you.

From music tuition and warm-ups to setting up, providing support, covering sessions and helping run events, our volunteers do so much more than we could ever list!

Thank you, we couldn't do it without you! ๐Ÿงก

Do you have an idea worth sharing?

Whether itโ€™s a celebration of innovation in harm reduction, a best practice from your community, or a vision for how we can do better, we want to hear from you.

We are proud to announce Maggieโ€™s Session, a dedicated talking slot on the agenda of The National Harm Reduction Summit, open to pitches from across the community. This slot has been created in honour of BDPโ€™s late CEO, Maggie Telfer, whose legacy lives on in the voices and work of the people she championed. We welcome pitches from anyone. No stage experience necessary, just a perspective worth hearing. This is especially an opportunity for those who might not ordinarily have access to a platform like this, and we are committed to making sure that barriers donโ€™t stand in the way. Funding is available to support the selected speaker in attending the full conference, should they need it.

If you have something to say, weโ€™d love to hear it. To submit your idea, please visit the link in our bio for the form.
