Form and Function Level 4 Back Pain Instructor. Experienced bodyworker: Bowen, Remedial Massage. Clinical Hypnotherapy

Pilates: All classes are suitable for most abilities; beginners are welcome. Expert supervision is provided and encouragement to progress. Originally trained through Body Control I teach classical Pilates with an emphasis on function and movement. I have an interest in fascial release to ease pain and promote mobility and function and a personal interest in chronic fatigue and related conditions.

Therapies: Every single treatment, whether you are new or a long-standing regular, will be tailored to you specifically to meet your needs on that day and in line with any treatment goals set. Details of therapies on here are brief because no two treatments will ever be the same.

Im not sure if this is a recommendation or not, but if someone as cynical as Clarkson can be converted to Pilates, what's stopping you? My classes are mixed abilities, friendly and welcoming. Come along and give us a try. Space available 615pm and 730pm Tuesday at Staple Hill primary school. All other classes are full but waiting lists run for them.
