Spring Covid vaccine.

Any patient who will be 75 of over on 30 June is entitled to a Covid vaccination. We are trying our best to phone all patients but this is extremely time consuming.

As a practice we are only vaccinating patients who can attend the surgery for an appointment, housebound patients will be vaccinated by members of staff from the Health Board.

If you are eligible for the vaccine or a member of your family is, please contact your usual site to book an appointment.

Regards

Lanreath (Broughton Village Pharmacy), have asked that we pass on a message. They no longer request prescriptions via the scheme they used to run when they automatically requested items on your behalf.
You can phone them to request items, but ideally you can request them on the NHS app.
