....it was a privilege as always to spend the morning at my local primary school for the recent Wellbeing Week 🍃💖

I gave a whole-school assembly talk and classroom workshops on emotional wellbeing. Through fun activities and games, we revisited the idea that big feelings are normal, that we can get to know when a big feeling is arriving through signals in our body, and that we always have a choice about what to do next ✨🫧

With more than 1 million children now being referred for mental health support - and anxiety accounting for 16% of all referrals (Children’s Commissioner), I’m determined to bring emotional regulation awareness and tools to children at an early age 🌟🌸

Drop me a message if you’d like me to visit your school 💬

...my lovely client whose foot I’m working on here has waaay more than her fair share of stress. I’m so happy she comes regularly for reflexology treatments. We always have a catch up at the start but then she closes her eyes and is able to switch off and give in to the deep relaxation ✨

In this pic I’m working the solar plexus reflex, which reflexologists see as the golden point for stress relief. I always spend extra time here, working to calm, rebalance and reset the nervous system 🫧

If you’re going through a stressful time, reflexology could be just what you need 🌸

....Men’s Health Week. Taking care of yourself has no gender 🍃

I feel deeply privileged this truly inspirational man chose reflexology with me as his ‘time out’ to switch off, relax and help his body find balance again 💫

Reflexology is a common complementary therapy used alongside medical treatment and during recovery. There’s nothing more important than prioritising your mental and physical health, whatever your gender ✨

....watching my dad’s journey with dementia showed me first-hand how demanding every single day can be for carers - how much patience, love and strength you need. You give so much of yourself every day—National Carers Week is a reminder that you need care too 💞

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and could do with a listening ear, give me a call to see how I can support you 💫

....1 month, 31 miles and more than £1,000 raised for — double my target 🌟

I’m so proud to have done this challenge in memory of my dad 🤍

Like so many families, we know just how cruel and devastating dementia can be. It means a lot to do something small to help other families feel a little less alone ✨

And the walking itself has been so good for the soul — beautiful surroundings, fresh air, and the best company from family, friends and local wildlife along the way! 💕

Dementia UK’s specialist Admiral Nurses provide such vital support, advice and compassion when it’s needed most 💫

I’m so grateful to everyone who’s donated or walked with me — it’s meant so much. If you’d like to donate, the link is in my bio 🔗

…RLD could be the treatment for you if you suffer with inflammation, fluid retention, uncomfortable bloating and puffiness ☁️

I use RLD to support clients with a whole range of symptoms, from people going through cancer treatment or living with heart failure to managing lipoedema, lymphoedema or recovering post-op. It’s also my go-to for menopause symptoms 🩷

RLD helps the body to detox and reset - and the best part is the deep relaxation you’re likely to feel from the treatment so you sleep better, feel calmer and notice a real lift in energy and mood 💫

It’s a gentle treatment, but it can make a big difference 🌟

...the messages in the carousel above are from a mum whose daughter had been struggling for some time with high anxiety, depression and insomnia and was unable to function normally day to day. Her mum described it as a ‘breakdown’ 🫧

They tried different treatments, therapy and medication, but nothing was making enough of a difference. She found me online, we had a long chat, and she booked her daughter in for a treatment ✨

She sent me these messages the day after the first treatment. I was so happy that after just one session she could already see some meaningful shifts — better sleep, “a different energy”, “her voice returned”, “acting more like her usual self” and that it was a “huge advance and amazing to see.” 💕

This Mental Health Awareness Week is all about action—finding small, everyday ways to support our wellbeing. Sometimes that action is simply reaching out and allowing yourself (or your child) the space to be supported 🍃

Feedback like this remind me why I do this work. I’m passionate about supporting all my clients, but being able to support young people — through reflexology and my wellbeing work in schools — means so much to me 💫

….you may have seen my posts about walking 31 miles this month for Dementia UK in memory of my Dad 👟

I’ve often done the odd walk here and there but I’m walking 1 to 3 miles every day now, usually 20–50 mins… it’s doing so much to clear my head, focus my thoughts, and make me feel more balanced 🫧

Apart from anything, it’s made me realise how reachable it is to do this every day—and how powerful it’s been for my mental health 🍃

Sending love and encouragement to anyone starting their own everyday actions for their mental health 🌟

...the last few months since losing dad have felt heavy ⚡️

I don’t know where I’d be without the anchors that keep me grounded….my walks, time with the cats, garden centre trips, planting, more garden centre trips, more planting.… 🌸

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is action…finding those small, everyday ways to support our mental health 🍃

I feel so privileged my clients choose reflexology with me as part of their own mental health support ✨

Sometimes the thing that helps most is giving ourselves the time and space to pause so we can breathe and reset 🫧
