Take 37 seconds for yourself today.

No instructions.
No list of things you need to achieve.
No pressure to be productive.

Just watch the water, notice the movement and take a few slower breaths.

Sometimes wellbeing can begin with something as simple as giving our attention to what is happening around us.

Nature has a wonderful way of reminding us that we don’t always have to rush.

Wherever Wednesday finds you today, give yourself permission to pause for a moment.

Breathe. Notice. Reset.

Monday morning doesn’t have to begin at full speed.

Before you step into the demands of the week, take a moment to pause.

Place both feet on the floor.
Relax your shoulders.
Breathe in slowly through your nose.
Breathe out gently—and make your out-breath a little longer.

Repeat three times.

You may not be able to control everything the week brings, but you can choose how you meet its first few moments.

Start gently. Breathe deeply. Take one step at a time.

Tonight’s session is themed “Hope in Peace & Trust in the Unseen.”
Inspired by the feast of the Assumption and the symbolic reading from Revelations, we’ll explore how to stay centred in a world filled with conflict, ego, and uncertainty — and how to hold compassion for ourselves and others.

🕊️ What to expect:
• Gentle breathwork
• A grounding meditation
• Reflection on inner peace and Divine likeness
• Space for compassion, healing, and hope

📌 Join us live at 10pm (BST):

A gentle Sunday morning reminder: your body often tells you what it needs—sometimes we simply need to pause and listen.

Whether you are experiencing tight shoulders, a stiff back, tired legs or tension around the neck, a few minutes of mindful movement can help you feel more comfortable and connected to your body.

Choose one gentle yoga pose from our body map, move slowly and breathe naturally. There is no need to push or achieve the “perfect” position—work within a range that feels safe and comfortable for you.

Small movements can make a meaningful difference to how you begin your day.

Which part of your body needs a little extra care this morning?

Please seek appropriate professional advice before exercising if you have an injury, health condition or concerns about whether these movements are suitable for you.

*Saturday Wellbeing Reminder*

When the weather is hot, wellbeing doesn’t always mean doing more.

Sometimes it means slowing down, staying hydrated and listening carefully to what your body needs.

This Saturday, give yourself permission to:

• Keep hydrated throughout the day
• Choose gentle movement instead of intense exercise
• Spend time outside during the cooler parts of the day
• Pause for a few minutes of calm, natural breathing
• Rest when your body asks you to

Try this simple calming pause:

Sit comfortably and allow your shoulders to relax. Breathe gently through your nose and let your out-breath become slightly longer than your in-breath, without forcing it.

Even two quiet minutes can create a valuable moment of calm.

What is one small thing you are doing to support your wellbeing this weekend?
