Hello lovely souls, it has been a little while since I checked in here.
The past couple of weeks have been pretty busy. Last week Eddie and I escaped to Amsterdam for a little break and a wedding, we had the most amazing time. Such a beautiful city with so much character. I would highly recommend a visit if it is on your list.

Since returning home, it has been straight back into the magic of our monthly sister circle. This month we gathered with the gentle support of cacao and mugwort, allowing their energy to weave into our circle. As always, it was such a beautiful evening of connection, sharing, and a little bit of magic.

Over the past couple of months, I have also had the joy of welcoming some lovely new clients into my healing space, and it has been so special getting to know and support each of you.
I head off on our family holiday next Friday, but I do have availability next Thursday for any sessions if anyone feels called before I go. Please just drop me a message.

It absolutely fills my cup with gratitude when my guests, to the cabin take the time to send me a message or pop a review up on my socials.

From single session clients, to coaching clients and visitors for a day retreat, I appreciate and love you all.

RETREAT DAY

A day of bliss yesterday was had by all. What was meant to be 6 people turned into 3, and it was the perfect combo.

It ended up we all did similar work, so it was a treat for them to be held and receive themselves.

Each day retreat I hold brings different people, different needs, and a different vibe. Yesterday we had some great conversations,
- deep breathwork, all at their own pace
- quantum meditation
- timeline sipping
- and plenty of chill time for journaling, cards and sipping cacao
- and of course soaking in the hot tub and listening to the birds sing...

If this looks like bliss to you then you can book a personal day retreat as a couple, or a group, (minimum 3, maximum 6).

The simple things in life....

Today is mine and eddies 31st wedding anniversary. And we've had a lovely day, a long lie in, A wee breakfast at our local cafe, then out of a walk.

We found these two beautiful trees (which have now been adopted by us😊). They were so special side by side, the roots of both trees had grown over the years into each other.

We thought it was rather special to find this today. So we sat on their roots and reminisced...

Ohh I LOVE Beltane...🔥🧚‍♀️🔥

Many debate what day it lands on, but I’ve never felt it that way. It feels more like a season to me. You can feel the shift, mother earth is fully awake now, everything is starting to burst into life. And honestly, she’s not disappointed this year… the last week has been just beautiful, hasn’t it?

Beltane sits opposite Samhain on the wheel of the year, its mirror. And just like Samhain, the veil thins. It opens the door to bring us that bit closer to spirit, to the unseen. I always honour the Fae at this time, and give thanks for what’s coming in, the warmth, the growth, the fertility of life itself. And to allow ourselves to get excited, to start moving into action.

I’m a Beltane baby, born on the 3rd, and I have so many lovely, magickal memories from childhood around this time. There’s always been something special about it for me.
So whether you light a fire, or just a candle at home, I’m wishing you love, joy, plenty of playfulness, and more of whatever makes your heart sing.✨

At THE SPRING RESET DAY, we’ll be working with contrast bathing, (Totally optional of course). You’ll have space to just chill in the warmth of the hot tub, then gently enter the cold tub, moving between the two in your own pace. The key is to do what feels right for your body.

The body responds to this practice by softening the muscles, and the blood vessels widening. And as you relax, your whole system drops into a flow state.

Then a dip in the cold does the opposite, it constricts the blood vessels, draws everything inward, and creates a kind of internal squeeze. And when you move back into the heat, the blood vessels expand again.

Going back and forth acts like a pump through the body, supporting circulation and helping to move anything that has felt stagnant.

It wakes up your energy, clears the mind, and bring the nervous system back into balance. Many people feel lighter, clearer, and more invigorated, It brings you back into your body, real awareness.

A key part of our day together, is to listen and feel into the body. Giving yourself a gentle but powerful reset.
