I’ve been loving the motherhood so much ever since my little Alex was born. However, this last couple of weeks, postpartum hit me hard. Today felt heavy.

So I decided I needed a few hours to simply be me. I left Alex with his daddy at home. I wandered around the shops, went to the cafe for lunch, I treated myself to a matcha, walked for miles in the sunshine, and ended up sitting under a tree with my journal.

Nothing extraordinary happened, but somehow it was exactly what I needed.

Sometimes, the best thing we can do is give ourselves permission to step away for a moment, breathe, and remember who we are beyond the beautiful role of motherhood.

I came home feeling lighter and more peaceful.

Five months postpartum, and I’ve found myself in one of those emotional waves that seems to have come from nowhere. I’m feeling very grateful for the beautiful life I’m living and somehow equally feeling unexpectedly heavy.

At the start of this week, I made a promise to myself: I can no longer compromise on my practice. I’ve rebuilt my days around Alex and teaching, and every day now I’m returning to yoga, meditation, and journaling. They are no longer just practices- they are how I find my way back to myself, how I find clarity, focus and understanding about this season of my life.

This evening, after putting Alex down to sleep, I felt the need for a strong practice. By the end of it, I felt clearer and waaaay lighter!

Maybe this is wave isn’t about getting back to who I was. I feel like it’s more about letting go of old limitations and creating space for the woman I’m becoming.

Honestly, feeling so grateful for yoga and its beautiful tools. It keeps reminding me that I don’t have to choose between motherhood and myself. They can perfectly coexist.

P.S. Alex’s playmat is the comfiest upgrade of a yoga mat I’ve ever made. 😂

We’ve had the most amazing day celebrating Summer Solstice and Anthony’s First Father’s Day. The influx of energy that came with this special day of the year made today feel extra special in so many ways.

PS. Anthony, you’re an incredible dad and I couldn’t have wished for a better companion for life for Alex (and myself, of course). We both adore you! ❤️

These days, between yoga, motherhood, teaching and the beautiful chaos of everyday life, I’m learning that growth isn’t always about adding more.
Sometimes it’s about creating enough space for everything we’ve already learned to truly land.

Happy Children’s Day!

Today, in Poland, we celebrate a child’s day, and this year it feels extra special because we get to celebrate you, our beautiful Alex ❤️

We are so grateful that you chose us to be your mummy and daddy. In just a few months, you have taught us so much about love, presence, and what truly matters. My little guru and mindfulness teacher, you bring me back to the present moment every single day.

You are the most wonderful little boy! We hope we can give you the happiest childhood possible, full of love, adventure, laughter, and the freedom to be exactly who you are.

Thank you for choosing us, little man.
You are everything I’ve ever dreamt of and more!
We love you endlessly ❤️

So happy to be launching this beautiful course next weekend, and we only have two spaces left 🤍

This is a very special offering and, in fact, the only Mama & Baby Yoga course of this kind that I’ll be running, making it a truly one-off opportunity to be part of something special.

Starting on Bank Holiday Monday at 3pm, followed by Sundays at 3pm for the following 5 weeks, this course is about so much more than movement.

Yes, we’ll gently move our bodies, rebuild strength, restore confidence, and reconnect with ourselves after birth. Yes, we’ll enjoy meaningful movement with our babies, creating beautiful moments of bonding and connection.

But perhaps most importantly… this is about community 🤍

The kind of community that supports you through motherhood. The kind where friendships are formed that last far beyond the course itself — much like those beautiful NCT friendships, but continuing into this next chapter together.

Think:
✨ walks with prams
✨ picnics in the sunshine
✨ coffee catch-ups
✨ encouragement to move for your wellbeing
✨ support on the hard days
✨ a village of women who are there for one another

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Come and join our beautiful community of mamas and babies- a space to move, connect, be supported, and make friendships that could last for years to come.

Only 2 spaces remaining 🤍
