Behind every amazing caregiver is a team that’s always learning. 💙

Over the last couple of days, Visiting Angels Cannock, Lichfield & Tamworth had the pleasure of welcoming Clare and Danielle from Visiting Angels North Birmingham, who joined us in Cannock alongside their caregivers for a collaborative training session led by our Registered Manager, Tiegan.

Bringing our teams together gave us the opportunity to share knowledge, exchange best practice and learn from one another, all with one shared goal – delivering the highest standard of person-centred care to every client we support.

As we continue to welcome new caregivers to our growing teams, training like this ensures everyone has the confidence, skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, outstanding care. It also strengthens the relationships across our branches, creating a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.

✨ A huge shoutout to one of our incredible caregivers, Fay! ✨

I just wanted to take a moment to recognise Fay for the amazing work she does with us at Visiting Angels Cannock, Lichfield & Tamworth

It’s been another busy week for her, supporting clients with visits to the Green Centre, providing compassionate personal care, and accompanying two of her clients on trips to the War Memorial. No matter what’s on the schedule, Fay approaches every day with kindness, professionalism, and a smile.

She consistently goes above and beyond, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s caregivers like Fay who truly make a difference to the lives of the people we support and embody everything we stand for at Visiting Angels Cannock. 🪽🩵

As the Registered Care Manager, I couldn’t be prouder to have Fay as part of our team. We are incredibly lucky to have her, and I’m sure her clients would agree.

Our Registered Manager, Tiegan, enjoyed spending a sunny afternoon in the garden with our lovely client, Neil. They shared stories, laughter, and spent time chatting about one of Neil’s favourite topics – planes ✈️. It’s these meaningful conversations and moments of connection that make such a difference. We have had permission from Neil’s family to share the image.

🩵 2026 WING WALK COMPLETE! 🩵

We are incredibly proud of Nicola who has successfully completed her Wing Walk challenge! ✈️🎉

Taking on such an exhilarating experience is no small feat, and Nicola showed incredible courage, determination, and spirit every step of the way. We are delighted that she chose to complete this challenge in support of The MASE Group a charity that is very close to our hearts.

After learning more about the fantastic work they do, we were honoured to support Nicola in raising awareness and funds for such a worthwhile cause.
