August is a month of transition, though much of this movement will happen from within. The month encourages expansion, reflection and a gentle shift in direction. ♌️♍️

We have several key events, including the Sturgeon Full Moon, Solar and Lunar Eclipses, as well as the annual alignment of the Sun, Earth and Sirius during the 8/8 Lionsgate Portal (which many associate with profound awakening, abundance and shifts in higher consciousness).

As we move towards Virgo season, we make way for our highest alignment and things naturally unfold. Expect new directions, old chapters to close and new possibilities to emerge. August can also bring fresh awareness and new truths to work with.

This harvest season it reminds us that growth takes time, we now step into the time where we can reap what has been sown.

We spend much of our lives surrounded by noise, yet rarely stop to consider what silence might have to offer.

In a world filled with constant information, notifications, conversations and distraction, moments of quiet have become increasingly scarce. Yet it is often in those quieter moments that we begin to notice ourselves more clearly.

Partnered together sound and silence create balance, encouraging us to look beyond the sound and discover what the silence may reveal.

July’s skies are anything but quiet🤫💫

Here are the key astrological markers to look out for .. and remember to always look up - it’s where the good stuff’s happening ❤️⭐️

This month brings a rare planetary cluster, the intuitive energy of 7/7, Mercury turning direct, Leo season begins turning up the solar fire and a we see a powerful Aquarian Buck Full Moon.

Around 20th - 23rd, July reaches one of its strongest planetary points. Jupiter links with Neptune, Pluto and Uranus, creating a rare geometric pattern around the early degrees of Leo, Aries, Aquarius and Gemini.

This can speak to big vision, breakthrough thinking, collective change and the need to stay grounded while new possibilities open.

Then on 29 July, the Aquarius Full Moon is amplified by Jupiter opposite the Leo sun, bringing a strong point of illumination around confidence, creativity, heart energy and where we are being asked to step into more authentic expression. It is deemed to be one of the luckiest days of the year

Recently I had the pleasure of sharing a sound bath following a safeguarding conference.

After a full day we took time to relax with light breath work, simple vocal exercises, and a short guided sound experience. We used easy techniques that people can take away and use in the everyday.

It was a reminder that just a few moments of sound and stillness can make a real difference, especially after a busy or demanding day.

Summer Solstice 2026!

Other than playing a brilliantly fun gig on the eve of the solstice 👏🏼 I got to visit the Uffington White Horse (Britain’s oldest chalk horse) as it was local to the area.

The site is prehistoric at over 3,000 years old. It sits at the highest point in Oxfordshire and is linked to Dragon Hill and Uffington Castle, the Iron Age hill fort.

It felt so good being up there with the sun at its zenith ☀️

Happy Summer Solstice, everyone. The longest day of sunlight of the year — I hope you made the most of it.

Two sound baths this week… both were powerful in very different ways. 💫

🧘 Thank you to Vicky Woolley for opening the hall session with breathwork and movement, it was perfectly suited to working with the energies of 6/6 Venus. We left with a deeper sense of calm, presence and there was great feedback of feeling deep rest, vivid experiences and entering altered states.

To the ladies who joined for the pool session - we got something special again 👋🏻❤️ Sound and water together create a very different experience. Grounded, immersive, and not one you come back from too quickly 😊
The effects feel clear, expansive and very restorative.

A big hello to our a special guest at the hall - what an absolute pleasure to meet you ❤️😘
