Two sound baths this week… both were powerful in very different ways. 💫

🧘 Thank you to Vicky Woolley for opening the hall session with breathwork and movement, it was perfectly suited to working with the energies of 6/6 Venus. We left with a deeper sense of calm, presence and there was great feedback of feeling deep rest, vivid experiences and entering altered states.

To the ladies who joined for the pool session - we got something special again 👋🏻❤️ Sound and water together create a very different experience. Grounded, immersive, and not one you come back from too quickly 😊
The effects feel clear, expansive and very restorative.

There is a reason certain places continue to draw people back, generation after generation.

Across many traditions, sacred sites have been associated with earth energies, natural power points, solar alignments and locations where the boundary between people and spirit feels more open to connection.

Working with sound and frequency in these places provides a pathway into that experience, encouraging a deeper sense of clarity, connection, awareness, and inner stillness.

Ancient spaces continue to offer powerful opportunities for wellbeing and inner exploration, inviting us to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with both ourselves and the environment around us.

I love taking myself off on these little trips - this one was special. The abbey ruins are awe inspiring - I spent hours walking between it’s walls

How to work with June. 💫🌞

The month feels lighter, with more social movement, a release of karmic lessons and creative expansion.

The sky hints that the final days carry stronger push energy, so regulating pace becomes important. Days may feel more emotionally led meaning rest could matter when you feel the call.

The big hitter is the Summer Solstice, the year’s solar high point when daylight peaks and the seasonal tone turns into summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

Venus is prominent as the bright evening star, and there’s a mini planetary parade with Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter.

Good to know : 🧠💡

More daylight often lifts energy and activity, then the body may ask for a downshift.

Mind over matter - and it’s always good to change it up 😁

The ice bath is a practice in breath, focus and composure while the body and mind stay steady through discomfort. From here the sauna opens the next phase through contrast therapy, where heat and cold create a deeper reset for circulation.

My bath wasn’t set to freezing but it was extremely cold 🥶 Once the shock relieved I entered a relaxed state - it’s a good challenge.. I also found I could stay in meditation in the heat of the sauna for a considerable time after such cold. It was deeper, very relaxed and more than serene.

My Dj set came after this, so no surprise these nights have been some of my favourite for the year.

The June 6th sound bath holds a ‘Venus harmony code’.

The 6/6 portal is related to many things - harmony, connection, beauty, love, reassurance. It’s a significant point in time for healing to occur and is associated with the feminine principle, balance, protection and the heart In numerology.

Join us at Harestone Hall, Caterham United Reformed Church (2:30–4:00pm) as we work with the tone of the day to support nervous system regulation, leaving you calmer in body and mind, and clearer on what matters. A limited number of early bird tickets are available.

We’ll also be joined by yoga instructor Victoria Wooley, who will open the session with gentle flow movement to release tension, open the heart and prepare the system for sound. The session includes light breathwork and meditation and is designed to support regulation through resonance and vibration.

You’ll also be able to browse items from 8 Flames and Bushmann Innovation, showcasing their crystals, gemstones, jewellery, and plant-based supplements on the day.

What’s Coming up this month … other than 2 full moons and whole lot of necessary grounding.

It’s a good month for real progress... energy is definitely rising. The signal will show as release in your body: tension, sleep, digestion, overstimulation.

You might notice motivation returning when you stop trying to do everything at once. Turn away from too much mental noise or too many plans, it’s a good time for quieter consistency and stronger boundaries.

Also expect relationship clarity

World Earth Day happens tomorrow 🌎🌳

The day is about awareness of how we consume, create and contribute - focusing on those small, conscious choices with respect for land, water and air. When we tend to her with responsibility, we strengthen the field we all share. ❤️

In 1970, 20 million people mobilised! This became one of the largest public demonstrations in history and directly influenced the creation of many major environmental protections.

This beautiful planet is resilient. When supported with discipline and respect, natural can systems recalibrate while ecosystems are given space to recover and regenerate.

This session was a personal favourite for me, so that says a lot.

There were strong shifts in energy and spatial awareness around the pool, though our bodies remained deeply grounded and rested. On a level of personal experience I became fully absorbed and connected within the sounds and water, it was extremely liberating. (Thank you to the wonderful and receptive group of ladies who invited me).

So what was actually happening here?

When sound is introduced to water it moves through the body with greater continuity. The boundaries between internal and external experience begin to loosen.

Water has long been understood as a carrier of information and vibration. Across many traditions it is used in ritual and ceremony to support energetic transmission.

This is where sound work begins to move beyond relaxation into deeper regulation while opening up a greater awareness… and this can be a very special experience.

Opening the year with a quick trip to Marrakech… ❤️

Just loved the colours, incense, rugs, music and jewellery - Found myself following the sacred geometry line. I walked for hours in the Medina, visited its palaces and gardens, ate well and relaxed with a hammam spa.. 🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s so much more id have liked to have done in Morocco… but I’ll save that for my return 😁🇲🇦
