Tracey walked out of hospital after a knee replacement… without crutches 🤯👏

Even her physio said:
“We never see this.”

When Tracey joined T2FIT over 3 and a half years ago, she was at the tail end of menopause, constantly exhausted and not feeling like herself anymore. She’d tried personal trainers before, but nothing had ever truly stuck.

Now?

She says she feels like a completely new woman ✨

She wakes up wanting to train, feels fitter and stronger than ever, and says she’s in the best shape of her life 💛

Before surgery, the team adapted all of her training to safely build strength in her legs and that preparation made all the difference in her recovery.

Over her journey at T2FIT, Tracey has:
🔥 Lost 10kg
🔥 Gained 4kg of muscle
🔥 Dropped 4% body fat
🔥 Increased her deadlift from 40kg to 80kg
🔥 Taken her hip thrust from 40kg to 117.5kg

But the biggest win?

Having the energy and confidence to keep up with her grandkids, complete events like ATHX and T2X, and feel proud of the woman she sees in the mirror again 🤍

We’re so proud of you Tracey. Your strength, resilience and mindset throughout this journey has been incredible to watch 💫

5 years of T2Fit Coulsdon ❤️

Honestly… where do we even start.

What’s been built over the last five years is more than just a gym. It’s been early mornings, late nights, big wins and everything in between. It’s been people showing up for themselves and for each other, day in, day out.

To every single member who’s trusted us with their health, their confidence, and their journey… thank you. You’re the reason this place is what it is.

And to every coach and team member who’s poured their energy into T2Fit over the years. Your impact goes far beyond the gym floor. You’ve helped shape something really special.

There have been so many moments along the way. The big events, the challenges, the transformations… but also the small, behind-the-scenes laughs and conversations that mean just as much. That’s the stuff that sticks.

We’re incredibly proud of what T2Fit has become.

And we’re even more excited for what’s still to come.

We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone properly with all of you at our 5-year party on the 16th May… 🎉

T2X IN ACTION 🔥

Our in-house event T2X returned for its second year and proved to be a huge success.

A massive well done to everyone who took part and helped bring the day to life. The energy, effort and teamwork on display made it something truly special, with standout moments from start to finish that captured exactly what T2X is all about.

A big thank you as well to for supplying protein ice cream for our members 🍦, for being there on the day providing post-workout massages, and & for bringing the energy and keeping the atmosphere high. We really appreciate you all coming down and being part of it.

Year two has raised the bar🚀
