I've spent much of my life measuring myself by what I can do and how much I can achieve.

Ticking things off the list. Being productive. Keeping busy. Looking after everyone else.

So this holiday, I'm doing something that doesn't come naturally to me.

I'm switching off completely.

No posts. No commenting. No checking in.

Just time to rest, recharge and be present.

Because this break is my reminder that my worth isn't measured by my output. I don't have to earn my right to rest.

If you're someone who finds it difficult to slow down, perhaps this is your reminder too.

Rest isn't a luxury.
It's not laziness.
It's an essential part of wellbeing.

Today I received a message from a client that almost brought me to tears.

She told me that our sessions feel "like a spa treatment for the mind" and that she always leaves feeling lighter, calmer and more positive.

Messages like that remind me why I do this work.

Last night I stepped outside my comfort zone and delivered my Icebreaker speech at Toastmasters… and I’m so happy that I felt the fear and took the plunge 😊

It reminded me that confidence isn’t about never feeling nervous. It’s about taking small steps forward despite the nerves.

So many of the women I work with have lost confidence through stress, anxiety and menopause symptoms affecting work and everyday life. Sometimes the smallest step — speaking up, asking for support, walking into a room, or trying something new — can feel huge.

Growth rarely feels comfortable in the moment, but it often feels empowering afterwards ✨

Here’s to doing more things that help us grow.

✨ “I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in forever.” ✨

Two new clients this week both shared the same feedback after just ONE session.

One lady told me her normal sleep had become only 3–4 broken hours a night.

After her session she slept properly, woke twice, did some tapping… and went straight back to sleep 💛

When stress and overwhelm build up, the nervous system can get stuck in “always on” mode.
That’s often when sleep starts suffering too.

Using kinesiology and EFT tapping, we gently help calm the body and mind so it feels safe enough to truly rest again.
