WELCOME TO THE TEAM, SAM!

We’re delighted to welcome Sam Girling as the newest Natural Nutrients ambassador! 🙌

Sam is a qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition (Exercise and Health), as well as a specialist HYROX coach.

With his combination of nutritional knowledge, coaching experience and genuine passion for helping people improve their performance, Sam is a brilliant fit for everything we stand for at Natural Nutrients.

We’re really looking forward to working alongside him, supporting his journey and sharing plenty of useful nutrition, training and HYROX content along the way!

The most delicious breakfast packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats to keep you fuller for longer.

🍒🍓 Smoothie bowls have become one of my favourite breakfasts at the minute!

Today’s bowl was cherry & strawberry and it keeps me full for hours.

🥣 I used:
✅ Natural Nutrients Strawberry Protein
✅ 1 tbsp chia seeds
✅ Handful of spinach
✅ Half a pot of frozen cherries
✅ 100ml unsweetened soya milk
✅ Ice

I also added my daily extras:
💚 CreaGlow
💚 natural nutrients Greens powder
💚 biomel.life powder

Then topped it with:
🍒 The remaining blueberries
🍓 Fresh strawberries
🥜 1 tbsp mixed nuts
🌱 1 tbsps pumpkin seed

This is packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats to help keep you satisfied, support muscle recovery and feed your gut microbiome.

The best part? You can swap the fruit around depending on what’s in your freezer. Blueberries, raspberries, mango or mixed berries all work brilliantly too.

Heart & Soul Fest 2026!

What a fantastic day at yesterday!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Natural Nutrients stand. It was brilliant meeting so many of you, chatting all things health, fitness and nutrition, and helping to keep everyone fuelled throughout the day.

We loved serving up our fresh protein shakes, meeting the amazing athletes, and seeing so many of you take home protein, greens, creatine and more. We loved hearing ‘this is genuinely the nicest protein I’ve ever had’ and similar many times throughout the day!

We even managed to take part in early morning yoga on the beach with , Pilates with and listen to women’s wellness talk ❤️

Congratulations to every single runner and athlete who took part. The atmosphere was incredible, and it’s always inspiring to see so many people coming together to celebrate movement, community and wellbeing. Especially in the North East.

A big thank you to for putting on such a brilliant event and making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to be back next year!

Supreme Greens is one of the Natural Nutrients products I use every day.

For me, it’s a daily nutritional “fail-safe”, a bit like taking a multivitamin. I always try to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, but real life isn’t perfect, and some days are certainly better than others!

🏋️‍♂️ What a brilliant morning on Saturday at The Yard Strength & Fitness for their in-house competition!

It was great to see so many local athletes pushing themselves, supporting each other and creating such an incredible atmosphere. 💪

We were there all morning handing out FREE protein shakes to every competitor and chatting to people about our range of natural supplements. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand, tried a shake and had a chat with us.

Our little boy turns 9 this week… and it’s made me think about just how much has changed.

Nine years ago, Oscar was just a tiny baby when I got on a train to London for one of the biggest meetings of my life.

We had recently appeared on Dragons’ Den, and after the show we were invited to meet with Peter Jones to discuss the future of Natural Nutrients.

I still remember leaving home, saying goodbye to Oscar, who was only days old, and wondering what the future would hold. Like any parent trying to build something, you hope the sacrifices you’re making today will create something your children can be proud of tomorrow.

That meeting unfortunately didn’t end up changing the course of Natural Nutrients. But it taught me something even more valuable…

Success isn’t usually one big moment. It’s thousands of small decisions. Early mornings and late nights. Learning from setbacks and staying true to your beliefs and values, even when the easier option is to compromise.

Nine years later, Oscar has grown up alongside Natural Nutrients. He’s seen our products around the house, been there through new product launches, cheered us through the highs, and seen us pick ourselves up through the lows. He also absolutely loves our vanilla whey protein in his porridge for breakfast!
