Get Moving: 1:45pm - 2:15pm
Beginner's Yoga Tasters: 2:30pm - 3pm

Who are the groups suitable for?
• These sessions are suitable for anyone who is completely new to yoga or exercise and would like to build confidence
• Over 18s

Want to get more active but not sure where to start? Our new Get Moving sessions are perfect for complete beginners!

Join us for 30 minutes of gentle exercise, including simple resistance exercises, designed to help you build strength, improve confidence and get moving at your own pace. No experience needed!

We still have a few spaces available for the new Strength & Balance class at the Healthy Living Centre in Great Sutton, starting next Wednesday.

The class will take place every Wednesday from 9:45am – 10:45am (starting 28th October) and are designed to help improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence, supporting people to stay active and maintain their independence.

Relationships are a big part of our lives, but understanding them isn't always easy.

Join Healthbox counsellors Kasey & Dean for a free two-part workshop exploring how we connect, communicate and build healthier relationships.

Whether it's friendships, family, romantic relationships or workplace connections, these sessions will offer practical tools and a supportive space to reflect and learn.

What we'll cover:

- Understanding relationship dynamics
- Improving communication and emotional connection
- Setting healthy boundaries
- Practical tools for building stronger relationships
