I'm so excited to be joining forces with my lovely friend Sophie from Woven Earth UK to bring you something rather special this coming February!

Together, we're inviting just 11 women to join our little winter coven for a magical weekend of rest, reconnection, sisterhood and a touch of witchery!

Imagine pressing pause on the busyness of everyday life and retreating into a beautiful, cosy countryside home. Roaring fire, snuggly blankets, warm socks, nourishing food, laughter and the simple pleasure of having nowhere else you need to be.

A little winter hibernation, just for you where you offer you a beautiful blend of intuitive exploration and inner wisdom along with rest & nourishment.

Winter naturally invites us to slow down, turn inwards and listen a little more closely to ourselves. And that's exactly what we want to make this weekend all about.

Through a beautiful blend of gentle spiritual practices, creativity, nature, sound and ceremony, we'll create space for you to reconnect with your intuition, honour what you might feel ready to leave behind and rediscover the wisdom and magic that already lives within you.

I am so excited to now be able to share the booking details for the magical winter retreat that Kati Vernon (from Corsham Coven- Eclectic Collective) and I are hosting on Sunday 6th December.

This afternoon retreat is an antidote to the whirlwind of December, permission to pause and put everything down for a while. To breathe deeply, soften into stillness and receive a little of the care you so freely give to others.

On Sunday 6th December, we’re inviting you to join us for a magical afternoon of deep rest and soulful connection, tucked away in a beautiful green chapel on the edge of the woods, with a roaring log burner, cosy blankets and the warmth of a welcoming circle.

Together, we'll journey inward through woodland connection, ceremonial cacao, immersive sound healing and shamanic journeying — creating space to reconnect with ourselves, listen to our inner wisdom and replenish our cups ahead of the festive season.

There'll be time to share, reflect, rest and simply be, with delicious homemade cake and a cosy space to land.

This is your invitation to step out of the Christmas chaos and come home to yourself. To remember that you deserve to be nourished, too.

Hi Ladies,

I am feeling sooo excited about 2 upcoming events that I am lucky enough to be co-facilitating with 2 amazing souls.

One is with my good friend, Kati of the wonderful Corsham Coven- Eclectic Collective and is being held locally (near Seagry) on the afternoon of Sunday 6th December in the most gorgeous little place, nestled on the edge of ancient woodland. Think roaring log burner, relaxation, rest, warmth, nourishment,nature connection, cacao, cake & more....and you'll be along the right lines. What better way to treat yourself to some downtime than on a relaxing winters afternoon before Christmas?

The other one is another good friend and fellow medicine woman Sophie from the wonderful Woven Earth in Chippenham where we will be holding a weekend for you that invites rest, reconnection with our inner wisdom, intuitive practices, sisterhood and a touch of witchery and goodie bags in a beautiful countryside home on the south coast on Friday 5th to Sunday 7th February 2027. I've always believed that healing isn't one size fits all.

We all carry different experiences, emotions and challenges, and sometimes what we need isn't a particular therapy or technique, but simply the space to pause, reconnect and receive something that feels right for us.

That's why I love that I can now offer my Bespoke Healing sessions.

These sessions are created around you, gently weaving together different approaches such as sound healing, Rahanni Celestial Healing and therapeutic shamanic practices, depending on what feels most appropriate for your needs.

You don't need to know which approach is right for you. That's something we can explore together.

Before your first session, we'll have a relaxed FREE 20-minute phone conversation so I can get a feel for what you're looking for and how I might best support you.

As the wheel of the year turns towards Samhain, we enter a time of reflection, remembrance and connection with those who came before us.

Join me for a special evening as we honour this ancient Celtic festival and reconnect with our ancestral roots and the wisdom of those who have walked before us.

🤎 Cacao Ceremony – We will begin with ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and setting our intentions for the journey ahead.

🎶 Sound Bath – Allow the soothing vibrations of sound to guide you into deep relaxation, stillness and connection with yourself.

🥁 Shamanic Drumming Journey – Guided by the rhythmic beat of the drum, we will journey into the Lower World, a place traditionally associated with the natural world, where you will be invited to connect with a benevolent ancestral presence and receive any wisdom, guidance or insight that may arise.

This is an opportunity to honour our roots, deepen our sense of connection and embrace the wisdom we wish to carry forward.
