MUMS WHO MINGLE! ☕️💞

What a morning! My monthly Parent & Baby Mixer at Chiswick was a goodie!

The room was full of connection, conversation, and that warm, buzzing energy that only a group of local parents can create. Whether you’re navigating newborn life, juggling toddlers, or balancing the demands of working motherhood, these events are all about coming together, sharing experiences, and finding your village over coffee and pastries.

This month, we were joined BetterYou, the pioneering wellness brand behind the world’s first nutritional oral spray supplements. Their innovative range offers a fuss-free way to support everyday health through fast and effective absorption, helping adults and children get the nutrients they need with ease.

We also loved learning about their dedicated kids’ range, designed to support growth, immunity, and energy levels making daily supplementation that little bit easier for busy families.

The little ones were wonderfully looked after by Rhianna from , offering flexible childcare support whenever you need it.

It was lovely to welcome so many new faces alongside our regular mums, and as always, the atmosphere was incredible. I already can’t wait for the next one!

SAVE THE DATE - 26th June 📅 where we have yet another very special guests joining us.

Mums, Bumps & Babies HIIT & Stretch

There is something truly special about these classes.

Weekly I teach an incredible group of mums-to-be, new mums, with their little ones a workout designed to strengthen the body from inside out, boost energy, and support wellbeing through every stage of motherhood.

Yes, we moved. Yes, we worked hard. But what always stands out most is the connection.

Watching babies gaze up at their mums, little smiles appearing during exercises, cuddles between sets, and the beautiful bond that grows stronger with every class is something I never take for granted. 💜

It’s about so much more than fitness.

It’s about finding time for yourself while keeping your baby close.
It’s about rebuilding strength and confidence.
It’s about meeting other women who understand exactly what you’re going through.
It’s about community, support, laughter, and those precious moments shared together.

No pressure. No judgement.
Just movement, connection, and a welcoming space for both you and your baby.

Every class is designed with plenty of options and modifications, making it suitable for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood.

Seeing the friendships form between mums and watching the babies grow week after week is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Move. Connect. Thrive. Together. 💜

My classes are weekly Mondays & Wednesdays

It’s Global Running Day 🏃‍♀️🌍💜

No matter your pace, your reason, your background, or the distance you cover today…you are a runner, so go run!

Today we celebrate the kilometres that challenge us, the kilometres that heal us, and the kilometres that connect us. We celebrate showing up, putting one foot in front of the other, and doing something for ourselves.

Why run?

✨ It’s free
✨ It gets you outside in the fresh air
✨ It boosts your mood and reduces stress
✨ It’s great for your heart and overall health
✨ It builds confidence and mental resilience
✨ It can become a social outlet and lifelong community
✨ It saves time and money when incorporated into your commute
✨ It improves fitness, body composition and energy levels
✨ It gives you that incredible runner’s high
✨ Progress is personal, there’s no comparison needed

For me, my proudest running achievement wasn’t crossing a finish line…it was starting.

In January 2024, I laced up my trainers and did something completely outside my comfort zone and signed up for . Since then, I’ve gone on to complete the London Marathon three times in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Looking back, it all started with one decision and one run.

So if you’ve been thinking about running, this is your sign.

🏃‍♀️ Start with a run/walk if you need to
⏱️ Don’t worry about pace, just focus on moving

YES! What a morning ✨

Powering up the body and the mind at my regular Women-Only HIIT & Stretch class Chiswick!

This morning I led my regular intimate group of women training with me – , your women’s personal trainer & wellness expert, at High Road House for an energising bodyweight HIIT class designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence, followed by a full-body stretch, leaving everyone feeling energised, focused, filled with positive energy, and ready for the day.

Everyone was challenged. They stepped outside their comfort zone and, most of all, had fun doing it!

A special moment was that my sons came along to support me at work this morning. They were incredibly patient while watching the class and even joined in at the end for some burpees! If that’s not inspiring, I don’t know what is 💜

No pressure. No competition.
Just movement, conversation, and that feel-good energy that hits differently when you move in community.

I offer plenty of options and modifications. This class is open to women of all fitness levels and abilities. Come solo or bring a friend — you’ll be welcomed right in 💜

Places are limited and it always gets booked up, so book on the app or drop me a DM to join!

Plus, every participant left with some premium wellness goodies because you deserve it… this week’s sponsors:

A few years ago, a stretch of seafront like this would have been something I admired from a distance. Now, it’s part of the adventure. Running has transformed the way I experience the world, turning ordinary mornings into explorations, familiar places into new discoveries, and every mile into a chance to see life from a different perspective.

Come run along the seafront with me from Hove to Brighton and back…sea breeze in my face, waves beside me - perfect start to a Sunday.

Running really has been transformational for me.

I started running because it wasn’t my norm, strength was and still is, but I challenged myself by signing up for a marathon and since it has now become a passport to adventure. Wherever I travel, I now have the opportunity to lace up my trainers, step outside, and explore a place in a way that few experiences allow.

This morning was one of those moments. A run along the English seafront from Hove to Brighton and back again. The sea breeze, the sound of the waves, the early morning energy of the promenade, and the simple joy of moving through such a beautiful setting.

Running gives me a new perspective on the places I visit. It helps me connect with my surroundings, clear my mind, and start the day with purpose.

It’s energising. It’s exhilarating. And perhaps most importantly, it’s a chance to show my children the value of looking after yourself, embracing challenges, and making the most of every opportunity to explore the world around you.

Every run tells a story. Today’s story just happened to be written along the Brighton coast.

I gained weight training for the and I’d be lying if I said I felt like I looked my best when I looked in the mirror.

This is something I don’t see or hear alot of people speaking about but for most people gaining weight during marathon training can be completely normal.

Our appetites increase massively and fuelling is a huge part of the process and part of performance, our bodies need fuel for growth and repair of our muscles and for energy to complete our training.

Our bodies can also hold on to water whilst repairing the muscle damage from our runs. These repetitive runs then train our body to hold on to glycogen in our muscles in order to get us through the next run, holding on to this extra water will make us feel/ look slightly different.

Remember though this is all a good thing! This is our body cleverly adapting to your training, getting ready to carry you for 42.2km/26.2 miles during your marathon.

When I learnt this, I actually felt great appreciation for my body and all that it does for me.

So please please don’t worry about a number on a scale or how you look whilst your marathon training, your body is working FOR YOU! Not against you.

I hope this helps 💝
