Well that was rather fun! Getting the sauna in situ in the Meadow for some Solstice R&R 🔥 Summer Solstice is a lovely time to stop and mark the mid year point. Often we think we should be hitting peak energy but in my experience people usually hit this time and feel pretty burnt out and tired. The sauna offers an invitation to slow down and enjoy the powerful benefits of heat & sweating. Still some spaces left Sunday & Monday to pop down and grab a seat on the bench in wood fired sauna. Round off with a mug of Seilichs award winning Meadow Blend tea, ceremonial cacao or a cold can of NA Yardarm lager 🍻 Really hope to see you over Solstice weekend.

So excited to be celebrating one of my favourite times of the year with the sauna in the meadow at Seilich Botanicals Only five 90 minute slots available, starting at 8am on Sunday 21st June. Gather a group of up to 6 and book a private session. You will be able to try some of Seilich's stunning products during and after your session and also enjoy a cup of Sally's award winning meadow blend tea or a mug of Keith's Cacao. The meadow is a stunning place to step out of daily life for a few hours and enjoy the abundance before life slowly turns inwards as we cycle back to the darker half of the year once again. All proceeds from these sessions will go directly to permanently re-homing the yurt in the Meadow. We are close to meeting our fundraising target and works will start soon to build the base. I am determined to be back in circle with you all again by Autumn Equinox 🙏
