🤍 Why running & Reformer Pilates are the perfect match

I love running for the energy and mental clarity, even though it feels in the moment like the hardest thing in the world but balancing it with Reformer Pilates helps me focus on mobility, flexibility and strength.

For me, fitness isn’t just about pushing harder it’s about giving my body the right balance of movement, strength and recovery. ✨

🏃‍♀️ Run for endurance.
🤍 Reformer for mobility & control.
✨ Both for a stronger, more balanced body.

Train hard. Move well. Recover smart.

More than just preparing for a wedding, it’s about preparing for a beautiful new chapter. 💍👰🏼‍♀️

Womanhood brings so many different chapters, and every one deserves care, connection and support. 🤍 (This is a picture of me 17 months ago).

Our Mum & Baby course is one part of our mission to support women through every stage of womanhood.

A welcoming space for you and your little one as you navigate this new chapter together.

✨ Starting 3rd November.

Supporting women through all stages of womanhood means one thing to me allowing yourself to experience life in all its forms and finding balance along the way. 🤍

You can be passionate about health and fitness and still enjoy a glass of w**e. You can be a mum, a wife, a business owner and still make time for yourself. You can be disciplined and let loose, feel strong and have vulnerable days, love your routine and crave spontaneity.

Because womanhood isn’t about being one thing, fitting into a box or getting everything perfect. It’s about embracing all the different parts of who you are, through every season of life.

It’s about finding a balance that feels right for you, giving yourself permission to change, grow, have fun and experience life on your own terms.

You don’t have to choose between being healthy and having fun, being a mum and being yourself, or being ambitious and slowing down.

You can be both. And you deserve to embrace every part of you. ✨🤍
