So STRENGTH TRAINING has it's benefits - even more so for older adults. However we find most people don't know where to start and therefore either follow Youtube or Insta workouts, copy others in the gym or simply shy away from strength training due to a lack of confidence and knowledge.
THAT'S NOW CHANGING!
We can now offer a new 'Strength Training Workshop' for beginners. This will be delivered either 1:1 or you can attend with a training partner. The workshop is designed to help you start lifting weights safely and confidently and will use a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell, curl bar and the cable machine.
