The creation of a new GCSE in Natural History has taken an important step forward.

Today, the for Education has launched a 12-week public consultation to gather feedback that will help shape the subject content for this new qualification.

Following earlier collaboration with experts and stakeholders, including ourselves, the consultation now invites wider public input. Feedback received will play a key role in finalising the content of the GCSE.

We will certainly be contributing our response and we encourage you to share your views too.

Personal post (seriously unflattering).
As a carer, head of School, teacher, practitioner and one who 'life has life-d' my cortisol has a tendency to run high.
Perimenopause and now menopause on top has been kicking my butt.

The Vagus Nerve and nervous system work from the late Carrie Jost has been an actual life saver.

I haven't completely lost my mind, ran away to somewhere with warm sea or stayed in bed for days on end. Resilience is an overused word, as is 'regulation'.

What I can say is I live this work.

My next part of my ungraceful ageing is weights and steps, and refined select supplements.

To find out why:
GV8 and GV9 are the check points for the cortisol 'drip', and which muscle checks go with this work, check out the link in the bio.

🎥 taken by my son to send to my coach to check technique.
May get shy and take it down at any moment 😬
