Just a little update to all current and prospective clients 😊

Due to being at full capacity over the summer months, alongside reduced working hours whilst the children are on school holidays, I am unfortunately unable to take on any further new clients until September 2026.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone for your continued support, recommendations, and patience — it is hugely appreciated.

✨ A little clinic update ✨

As many of you know, I run a very small clinic and I purposely keep my diary limited so I can make sure my regular clients always have access to follow-up appointments when needed. Because of this, appointment spaces are incredibly valuable.

Unfortunately, when appointments are cancelled last minute or clients don’t attend, it leaves empty clinic slots that are very difficult to refill at short notice.

To help protect my small business and appointment availability moving forward, the following cancellation policy will now apply:

📌 2 working days’ notice is required to rearrange appointments.

📌 Less than 2 working days’ notice:50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

📌 Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend:100% of the appointment fee will be charged before another appointment can be booked.

I genuinely have the loveliest clients and I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and support with this. 💛

This week alone several clinic appointments were unfortunately lost due to late cancellations/no-shows, so I hope you can understand why these changes are necessary to keep the clinic running smoothly for everyone.

I am back in clinic on a Monday 8.30am- 4.30pm and Wednesday 8.30-3.00pm following school holidays. 🙂 I also do have capacity to take a small number of new clients on over the next few weeks. Please either drop me a message or give me a call. Many thanks 🙂

Due to reduced capacity over the summer holidays. I am now unable to take any new clients on until September. Clinics for current clients will be a Wednesday from the 9th of July. 🙂

My clinic hours are Monday (8.30- 5.30pm) and Wednesday (8.30-2.30pm). I am fully booked now until Monday 17th of March! Please if you need to rearrange your appointment allow 48hours notice so I can fill slot off cancellation list! Thank you 🙂

As of 1st of March the latest appointment on a Monday will be 5pm. I am out of clinic after today but will be back in clinic Monday 24th Feb 🙂

✴️ Initial consultations 40 mins and £50
✴️Follow up appointment 30 mins £40
✴️ 1 hour treatment £75
✴️ 90 min treatment £110

🛑 If you haven’t had an appointment for longer than 6 months or have a new problem please could I ask you book an initial appointment slot to allow for the extra time to fully assess and treat appropriately.
