For almost 40 years, my mum has dedicated herself to HIV prevention, education, outreach and harm reduction, helping to protect and support countless people along the way.

From the very early days of the HIV epidemic, when there was so much fear, stigma and misinformation, Mum was out there providing practical support, sharing knowledge and doing everything she could to help prevent the spread of HIV and keep people safe.

Her commitment has never wavered. Four decades later, she is still passionate about making a difference and ensuring that people have access to the support, information and understanding they need.

✨ A massage is like a story… ✨

Every massage has a beginning, a middle and an end, but the real magic happens in the journey between them.

It begins by gently quietening the outside world, taking you into a realm of calmness, where your breathing slows, your body begins to soften and your mind starts to let go.

Then the story develops…

The touch can change its course, from deeply relaxing and soothing, to invigorating and awakening. Every movement has a purpose, every stroke another chapter, taking your body somewhere different.

And while your body is being worked on, your mind can take its own journey too. Thoughts drift, worries fade into the background and, for a little while, you simply become absorbed in the moment.

Then comes the end…

A feeling of stillness. A lighter body. A quieter mind. And that wonderful feeling of having completely switched off from the world, even if only for an hour.
