At the age of 25 Sophie has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, she has been given 12 months to live. Sophie is one of The Care Trust honorary carers who provided care for vulnerable adults out in the community. Sophie has created a bucket list of all the things she’d like to complete this next year. All of us at The Care Trust want to help Sophie in ticking that list off.
