Everyone is quick to blame age.
"I used to be able to do that."
"It's just part of getting older."

But age isn't always the thing holding you back.
I've worked with people in their 50s and 60s who move better than some people in their 20s.
What often makes the biggest difference isn't age.
It's how well your body is recovering from the demands you're placing on it.
Training. Work. Stress. Sleep. Movement.
The body adapts to what we repeatedly give it.
Sometimes what feels like "getting old" is actually a body that's been asking for attention for a long time.
