Hi lovelies! Happy FriYAY! 🥳

Our annual six-week Beginners Intensive is almost hereeee and I’d love to tell you a little bit about it.

I created this course for those of you who have thought, “I’d love to dance, but I’m literally not confident enough” and no…. this isn’t a chat gpt quote, it’s a real one based on years of working with women who put themselves down and knowing personally how that feels. With us, it’ll always be SO much more than just dancing. We are here to give you the tools to start putting yourself FIRST again.

Most of the ladies you see in our community today started their journey with this course with ZERO previous dance experience.

This course is to give you the foundations BEFORE you start coming to class in an intimate environment with no cameras allowed.

Each week combines beginner-friendly dance foundations, musicality and choreography with a short circle-time session using your own confidence workbook. We’ll explore how to trust your body, make friends with mistakes, take up space and feel comfortable being seen.

✨ Complete beginners warmly welcomed
✨ Three weeks in trainers
✨ Three weeks of optional heels progression
✨ No filming or pressure
✨ Small, supportive group (always)
✨ Workbook and certificate included

📍 Booths Park, Knutsford
🗓 Mondays for six weeks
⏰ 7:00 - 8:30pm
💸 £150 - Pay in 3 available

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, coordinated or “ready”. Just get yourself through the door and I’ll meet you there with a big squeeze!! 🤍

We are down to our last 4 spaces. Please click the link below for more information and as always, drop us a message with any queries

We can’t wait to welcome some new faces into this beautiful space.

P.S - our course has been upgraded to include ALL Empower teachers and dance styles so you’re in for an absolute treat!!

With love,

Holly & Team xx

Our weekly offerings here at Empower HQ ✨ Northwich 📍

Our classes welcome all women of all experience levels into a safe, encouraging and fiercely supportive space ✨ so if you're looking to learn a new skill, meet incredible like-minded women or find your sparkle again ... we've got you 🥰

👠 Entry Level Heels
⏰ Tuesdays at 6pm
❓ Can I join this class if I don't have heels?
✅ Of course! We recommend anyone who has never danced in heels before to start in socks whilst you are learning the technique and getting used to the style. If you love it (which you will 😉) and want to continue on your heels journey, we can help you find the right pair of heels for you 💜

👟 Entry Level Commercial
⏰ Tuesdays at 7pm
❓ What exactly is commercial dance?
✅ Commercial dance is usually the style of dance you see at concerts or in music videos 🎬 It is actually a combination of styles ranging including jazz, hip hop, street, funk and so many more! 💥

✨ Beginners Contemporary
⏰ Thursdays at 6pm
❓ Is contemporary dance like ballet?
✅ Contemporary dance is like ballet that breaks the rules! 🤭 This style allows you to connect your movements with emotion and move freely, I personally find it a very healing style of dance 🤍

All our weekly classes take place at The Grange, Hartford and there are always exciting workshops, events and socials to look forward to 🙌🏽 so make sure you're following to get first peek! 👀

If you have any questions at all, just drop us a message 💌
