What really gives me energy is seeing and being around ….

Good People

Good Hearts

Good Deeds

Everything is energy and it all counts.

There is always good out there in the world.

And “if you can’t see one then be one”

I love nothing more that seeing good souls do good things

I love nothing more than seeing the good hearts win in the end

No matter what you have been through you have not let it harden your heart or lead you to harm others or create toxic s**t our there in the world

Healing and trying to cope with difficult and painful experiences in life can be a tough road that can test you to the limits!

🌿 It can also be a very lonely place where you can feel lost and stuck and misunderstood

🌿 There will be times when you will feel you have lost all sense of who you are and where you are going in life.

Keep going..... all becomes clear down the line

🌿 The healing journey is not about changing who you are.

You already are a perfect unique soul deep down inside. You just don’t realise it or see it clearly because it’s been covered up with the emotional debris of past hurts, wrong doings, trauma or loss etc

🌿 True healing occurs when you soul search and do the inner work that questions what you feel about yourself deep down.

Observing, questioning and changing the negative and limiting belief patterns that have kept you stuck and not feeling good enough or not deserving to live a better life

🌿 We often believe we have to feel the same way about ourselves our whole life and adopt an “ It is what it is” and “ This is who I am” mindset

However, this is not true!!

🌿 Your most important relationship is the one you have with yourself and you can change how you feel about yourself, and bring the healing to your heart and soul that you need and deserve

My name is Carla and I am a Soul Coach.

I have an educational background in psychology and social work and I am also a fully trained life coach and energy therapist.

I also have have a wealth of experience from the “University of Life” to add to this, as the saying goes ….

“I could write a book” !!!

So empathy and non-judgement are my specialities ❤️.

I became a Soul Coach and created The Source as a local place for soul and wellness for this very reason.

It is my mission to help others on their own journey to inner peace and to help leave the world brighter than I found it.

Absolutely spot on!

This obsession with hustle and counting and proving and measuring every fecking thing is totally absurd!!

Somewhere along the way we have lost the art of just living life

We seem to be handing it over to some outside measurement or scale or technology to decide our worth and our value …..like actually WTF

I love this memory

If you could say one thing to your younger self …..what would it be?

I sat on this bench and meditated

As I did a thought rippled across my mind about my younger self.

I thought to myself what if she was sitting right beside me now on this bench what would I say to her ?

I felt really quite emotional as it reminded me of what a hard time I’d given myself all those years and how horrible and cruel I was to her as she had tried her best to deal with the cards she had been dealt.
I felt sad for all the ways I let her get hurt, used and abandoned and for all the punishment I inflicted on her 💔

If I could go back I would let her know that she is enough and so so worthy of love ❤️

That she always was and always will be worthy of love and that she will always be enough ❤️

I took a quick photo of the bench and I couldn’t believe when I looked at it how magical the picture turned out with the suns energy beaming light like a laser in my direction.

I’m taking this as a beautiful sign from the universe.

What a special moment that my heart and soul will treasure.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

So a little offering to you all by sharing this to encourage you to go within and ask yourself …..

When you grasp this …. You have inner peace.

Never ever put the keys to your happiness and inner peace in somebody else’s pocket.

You don’t always need to react.

You don’t always need an answer.

You don’t always need closure.

Never be at the mercy of chasing someone for their approval or personal validation of you or your experience.

You can move on and give yourself the answers you want and the closure you need.

Alway remember you can forgive and not reconnect!!

You don’t need to allow anyone or anything into your life that disturbs your inner peace, wellbeing and happiness. …..and you don’t need to explain yourself either.

Prioritise your inner peace.

Prioritise your healing.

Prioritise and honour how you want to feel and move along.

Focus on your inside world and the outside world will adjust accordingly.

Wishing you all inner peace in abundance
