The Colm Quigley Jog in the Bog returns on Thursday 6th August as part of Féile 2026.

This year's event, organised by Health for Life in partnership with Apex Housing, will help raise funds for vital community mental health and counselling services while supporting the campaign to end violence against women and girls.

Every Tuesday at 6pm from Sainsbury's at the Quay.

Our Couch to 5K programme is back 🏃

We’re excited to kick off another 12 week running programme.
Whether you’re starting from zero or just trying to get moving again, everyone is welcome.

Health for Life were delighted to be in the Guildhall to celebrate the ongoing success of Féile.

Congratulations to all of the staff, volunteers and community partners who work so hard throughout the year to make Féile what it is.

The annual festival in August is always one of the highlights of the year and we’re already excited about what’s to come in 2026.

We’ll be sharing details of our events very soon, including the return of the ever-popular Colm Quigley Jog in the Bog 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
