We understand that accessing healthcare can sometimes be frustrating, especially when appointments are limited and demand for services is high. Our team works hard every day to provide the best possible care to all our patients.

Recently, we have experienced an increase in verbal abuse directed towards our reception and clinical staff. We would like to remind everyone that our team members are here to help and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour. Such behaviour will not be accepted and may result in further action being taken in line with NHS guidance.

We appreciate that patients may feel worried, upset, or frustrated, and we will always do our best to listen and assist. In return, we ask that all interactions with our staff—whether in person, by telephone, or online—remain respectful.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
