Heart of England show yesterday with taking 2nd place as a toned Figure competitor 🙌🏼

It wasn't about the result.
It was about showcasing 4 years of hard work and the transition from an over-dieted Bikini competitor to a beautiful, shapely Figure.

It's been a huge commitment and massive amounts of dedicated work.

And the smiles before, during, and after showed that it was worth it.

I'm incredibly proud. But more than that, I'm just happy that the day was everything she wanted and needed it to be. 🫶🏼

And Molly is proud of herself. 👏🏻

Fantastic in-person check-in with today.

Kicking off with some quality cuddles with the main man Freddie.
Followed by a great push session and some visuals.

Dan is in a very solid position ahead of the season opener.
We still have plenty of time to bring him to the expected levels.

The bar has been set high, and the quality of work done during the recent off-season is very evident.

Who's telling you that if it's not perfect, it's pointless?

When we embark on contest prep, the intention should always be to try and nail everything perfectly. Yet, that reality is a dream that won't be how it plays out.

There will be obstacles.
There will always be situations that you need to manage.
Variables that need you to adapt and overcome.

Your timescale ultimately relies on you doing the best you can, not perfectionism.

Being good at bodybuilding takes time. It's not a transformation contest; it's a game of long-term effort in order to see your rewards.
