Less than two days until I board my flight to Paris! So thankful for the opportunity and all the support from family in France and home.
So excited to bring back insights and inspiration to Northern Ireland.
Sincere gratitude to for the scholarship to do this.
I’ll try to update with photos of my adventures.

We are delighted to be bringing the labyrinth to this event. Please do pop by and support this fundraiser for Forget Me Not. We would love to see you there.

I am hosting a charity event at my constituency office in Ballynahinch on Friday the 4th of September in aid of Forget me Not, the Bereaved Parents Charity. During the event individuals from the Labyrinth Collective will come together to create a scarf labyrinth. There will be free tea, coffee and treats and free face painting. Everyone is welcome as we spend a few hours reflecting and showing our support for bereaved parents.

We absolutely loved holding the labyrinth yesterday. Spent yesterday evening reflecting on all the connections and conversations. Reaching out to my international facilitator chums to share my experience. Each labyrinth holds something special both for the walkers, facilitators and the observers.
Each time I come away with something new.
For me, taking time to reflect on the experience is vital. So once the scarves were safely back in the attic we headed up to Stormont for a quiet labyrinth walk. Surrounded by trees and lush grass, I was able to release, receive and return. Back to the world. 🌍 reset
