This is what switching off looks like ✨

The water was so calm, you could see the trees from outside reflecting across the pool.

Such a beautiful setting for this afternoon’s Floating Sound Immersion at Askern.

It was lovely to welcome back so many familiar faces, alongside new ones experiencing Bohemia for the first time 🙏🏻✨

There’s something so special about being supported by the water while sound moves around you, no rushing, no distractions, just time to rest.

Today’s New Moon in Virgo marks the beginning of a fresh lunar cycle, a chance to pause, reset and get clear about what we want to create next 🌙

Virgo energy reminds us that real change doesn’t always come from one huge decision.

Sometimes it begins quietly.

With the habits we choose.
The boundaries we set.
Where we place our time and energy.
What we decide to stop carrying.
And what we finally choose to make space for.

This New Moon is a beautiful time to clear what no longer fits, set new intentions and plant the seeds for the changes we want to see.

Not everything has to shift overnight. Sometimes one small, intentional change is enough to start moving life in a completely different direction.

Yesterday’s final Summer of Sound at Wentbridge House.

I love creating experiences like this, from intimate sound journeys and smaller gatherings to our floating sound immersions, and I’m always so grateful for the amazing people I get to meet along the way 🙏🏻

Whether it’s shared in a beautiful room like this or floating on the water, it’s all about creating space to slow down, switch off and reconnect.

And just like that, our Summer of Sound comes to a close.

As we begin to make way for autumn, today we swapped the lawn for the lovely Leatham Suite at Wentbridge House for our final session.

The room was transformed for a morning of immersive sound, stillness and deep rest, before heading through to the Brasserie for a spritz and a lovely lunch together.

From our first outdoor gathering to today’s cosier setting, it’s been such a special experience bringing Bohemia to Wentbridge House.

Thank you to everyone who joined us along the way 🙏🏻✨

A year ago today, I held my very first Bohemia sound bath.

I nearly missed this little milestone today, Bohemia has been so busy lately, with lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes right now.

Seeing this memory tonight really stopped me in my tracks.

So much has changed in just one year. From that very first sound bath to floating sound immersions, retreats, beautiful venues and so many people trusting me to hold space for them.

I definitely didn’t know then where Bohemia would take me.

Feeling so very grateful tonight for everyone who has been part of the journey so far, thank you 🙏🏻✨

The darker nights are creeping in… and somehow Floating Sound feels even more special at this time of year.

Tonight at Truffle was soft light, glowing water, warm blankets and an hour to completely switch off.

A chance to slow down, let go of the week and simply be.
