Getting more active doesn't have to mean hours in the gym!

One of the things I love about Slimming World's physical activity support programme is that it's all about finding activities that fit into your everyday life. For me, that might be a walk after dinner, spending time in the garden or getting out in the fresh air whenever I can.

Those small moments soon add up and can make a huge difference to how you feel.

If you've ever wondered what happens in a Slimming World group, you're definitely not alone ❤️.

One of the things I hear most often is, "I was so nervous before my first visit!" The truth is, group is simply a friendly, supportive place where people come together to share ideas, celebrate successes and encourage one another. You'll have a private weigh-in, plenty of food and recipe inspiration, practical tips and lots of motivation to help you build healthy habits that last.

I couldn't be prouder of my members this week ❤️.

Every week we celebrate so much more than numbers on the scales. We celebrate confidence growing, healthy habits forming, personal goals being reached and people continuing to show up for themselves, even when life gets busy.

Watching members support each other, cheer each other on and celebrate every success is one of my favourite parts of group.
