We will be running Digital Drop-in Clinics every Wednesday in June from 4:15 - 5:45pm. These sessions are to help patients register on/use the NHS App, order repeat prescriptions etc.

We run an group called Evolve Perinatal, which is a supportive space to learn -based tools to help you adapt to parenthood, while also connecting with other mums.

Our next 8-week group starts Tuesday 2nd June, running weekly from 12-1pm.

We are a free and confidential service for anyone aged 17+ who is registered with a GP.

Last week, we were pleased to be among 25 local organisations hosting a stand at Reigate College's 'Meet the Employer' careers event.

With 420 delegates, it was a fantastic opportunity to speak with students, parents and tutors about the range of professional, non-clinical career pathways we offer at DHC. It also provided the perfect platform to launch our 2-day work experience programme, which we're piloting this year. The programme gives students from selected sixth form colleges the chance to gain valuable insight into a variety of non-clinical NHS roles.

Talking Therapies at DHC is now taking sign-ups for this free 4-week 'Managing Exam Stress' course starting 24th April...

🎓 DHC has a new online course for 'Managing Exam Stress', starting Friday 24th April.

Over 4 weeks (1-2pm), students (aged 17+) will learn practical tools and techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to:

✔️ Challenge unhelpful thoughts
✔️ Set realistic goals
✔️ Plan revision and self-care

This FREE course is led by our experienced therapists and provides a friendly, supportive space for students and their peers.
