I'm back home today. I've had a lovely time seeing my nearest and dearest. Precious times. Mum & dad are in seperate nursing homes. It's been soo lovely to spend time with my girl too

We also managed to sort mum n dad's weeds at their wee home. My bro in law did the back and me n Maia the front. Team work 🥰

Off to see my bestie and then mum another wee visit before flying home later.

Thank you to all my lovely clients yesterday who allowed Naomi to observe my working day. It was such a lovely calm space, we both loved working together too and she learned alot. I am a lucky mum.

I have one space on Sat that as become available at 9am.

I looking for your help..

I have one slot available on Tuesday at 10.20, I would be happy to charge less for these appointments, if Naomi my daughter can observe the appointments.. Ideally doing a Swedish massage and facial, with Indian Head Massage.

Naomi is now totally qualified in all of the above, but I wanted her to observe a few of my appointments this week.

If you are interested.. I'd happily take a 50% reduction.

You never know she may even join in.. So you could experience a four handed massage treatment. Which would be one of a kind. But definitely something we could potentially offer in the future.

I've already experienced Naomis treatments and I can say, she's excellent! Her touch is as powerful as her mums.

Just pm to secure one of these slots. First come, first serve basis. ❤️

This week I treated 20 clients, it was a fantastic week with lots of laughter, peacefulness, fixing folk and pure relaxation for many.

Below is a picture of my weekly washing. Thanks to Dunbar Laundrette who aways do an amazing job for me each week. I simply couldn't do it with out them.

I'm currently relaxing and enjoying awee glass of wine.

A little time of self care.. I've been soo stressed for years.. And finally I feel at rest. My body is struggling to keep up with me.. So I'm being gentle on myself. Plenty of sleep, drinking loads of water, eating good and just at peace..

I'm 53 and have always looked after my skin care regime.. But even for me I sometimes forget to indulge myself a little. So today, I've had my overnight Prai Menoglow Super Hydrating Sleep cream on, did a Espa scrub and now a Espa isotonic face mask. I've also ordered a Koveja lymphatic draining brush for my face to help with puffiness and sculpture.

Natural remedies work best for my skin. And learning to grow old as gracefully as possible the natural way.

Hi everyone,

Well we finally managed it.. I've downsized and bought a stunning property with grounds & stunning views in the Scottish borders.

I know I looked shattered and that's because I am. It's been one of the most stressful periods.. But it's been totally worth it.

We got keys on Friday at 4pm and then full on til 3am, had my wee grandson today Albie which was soo lovely, we had a picnic, sea glass hunting and did lots of fun activities.

So tonight it's Me time. Hydration face mask on, tea eaten and now enjoying a glass of red whilst listing to smooth radio.

I'm off until Wednesday, so will attend to business matters when I'm back. I just need lots of rest and recuperation.

I feel very happyyee and content 🏡👫☀️🍷

I hope your all having a lovely weekend!

I've had to re adjust a few slots this month as I'm finally moving house 🏡 so please check your messages, emails etc, I've also had to move a few due to personal reasons later in the month. So thanks for all understanding. There's still 23 slots left in May so plenty of spaces to get rebooked in.

As many of you will know it's been a very stressful period for us, but we are almost there. And really looking forward now to the next chapter of our lifes 🏡♥️👫
