Heal Through a range of services, we aim to help you move better, feel better, and live better. We are registered with all major medical insurance companies.

We offer Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Pilates, Women's Health Physiotherapy, and our newest offering Heal Health which gives access to some of the best consultants without a referral or long wait time. Based in Dundee and St Andrews, we have a team of experienced, state registered physiotherapists. From the early diagnosis and treatment of acute injury through to the investigation of chronic and

recurrent problems, Heal has the structure to examine, investigate, and provide professional care. Our Sports Medicine Specialists are experienced in the treatment and rehabilitation of a wide spectrum of sports injuries. We aim not only to treat the injury but assess any underlying factors to help prevent the problem returning. Make an appointment yourself or you can be referred by your doctor, consultant or employer. We offer daytime and evening pilates classes in virtual format via Zoom due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Its not too late to enter...
Entries are still OPEN for our annual Riverside Run
Date: 8 September 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Where: Discovery Point, Dundee
Cost: £12

We encourage you to get active and move more by joining us for a 4km or 2km distance.

The event will start next to the River Tay, adjacent to Discovery Point Museum, and head out along the Riverside footpath. There will be turn at 1km for those who chose to walk, a turn at 2km for those who are running. This event is an out and back course and will finish at the same point as the start. The event is all on the pavement with no road sections. As for previous years, the race will start in front of the Discovery Point Museum.

There will be goody bags for all finishers. Prizes for the 4km First Male and Female runners as well as for the first runners in the Under 20, Senior, over 40, Over 50 and Over 60 age groups (Category prizes will go to the second person in that age group if the overall race winner is in the same category).

After the race there will be some Tea/ Coffee and Cakes available at the Heal Physiotherapy Clinic, 14 Dudhope Street, Dundee, DD1 1JU.

All entry fees and monies raised this year will go to SAMH.
