It’s Sunday, which makes it the perfect time to think about one small change for the week ahead…
If you spend most of your day at a desk, you may be paying the ‘sitting tax’ (tight hips, aching backs, stiff necks, and reduced mobility from spending too long in the same position!)
This week, try setting a reminder to get up and move every hour. If you have one, an exercise ball can also be a great alternative to your chair for short periods for some gentle movement and better posture!
