Moments after a guided meditative journey… ✨

A charged energy of communion and change permeate the air.

There is a tenderness, a softening, an opening.

Grace fills the space as people, mere strangers only moments ago, witness one another in their authenticity.

Bringing people together in Communion & Circle. There is a magnetic power when few or more people gather together with a collective intention.

From all walks of life, each person carrying their unique story but none of these differences matter when we meet in Circle. All the labels dissipate. The politics and ideologies fade away.

We meet in Circle only for a significant moment, with people we will probably never meet with again, and in that moment we are all simply human trying to figure out this thing called life.

I feel grateful to have facilitated 3 workshops this year at Shambala Fest. It is always an honour to hold sacred space, to hear your stories and sit with you through the tears, healing, and liberation. Until next year again. 🫶🏻

Hosted by Cindy Cromble-Holme and facilitated by Tamrin Feldman-Laporta, this live online masterclass will introduce you to the methodology of Soul Retrieval and give you an opportunity to experience the work for yourself.

During the session, you’ll explore the idea of the wounded or disconnected inner child, take part in a guided personal experience and consider what an aspect of yourself that has been overlooked or left behind may still need.

This isn’t about forcing change or trying to “fix” yourself.

It begins with acknowledging, listening and reconnecting.

Summer has been beautiful, bright, and busy (to say the least) but can you feel that subtle shift in the air? 🍂

From tomorrow (Friday, 17th July), I shall be taking some time off with my little one to enjoy the start of the Summer Holidays with her! 🌅

The first 6 months of the year have been filled with amazing moments of leading workshops & facilitating Circles, teaching Yoga classes, working with wonderful 1:1 healing clients, as well as witnessing & mentoring students towards accreditation and graduation on the International Healing Course.

It has been a full but beautiful first half of the year and I am ready for some much needed rest.
To quote Anne Hathaway recently (and I paraphrase); “I am tired but we have really cool jobs. My thing about it is, when you get tired, do you like the reason you’re tired?.”

I love the reason I am tired but it is time to recoup and rest. I am off for the next 2 weeks and will be getting back to everyone slowly from August.

Thank you to everyone for a magical first half of the year! I can’t wait to see what the next 5/6 months bring us 😍✨

We danced, we laughed, we shared, we cried, we felt, we celebrated!

It is often difficult to put into words that which accurately captures the magic of meeting with women in Circle on a day our ancestors did thousands of years prior.

Most of the woman in this photo have walked a path with me in some way or another.

They have taught me just as much as I have taught them.

When people ask me; what is it that you do?

I believe the best answer I have come to is that I am the village medicine woman you come to when your heart is broken and you need a shoulder to cry on.

I am the compassionate witness, which invites you in and hears your pain and sees your struggle without judgement.

I am the mentor who challenges you to step up & be better because I believe in your inner power.

I am the medium, who brings you into deeper realms within yourself and connects you to the spiritual realms which surround you.

I am the Mystic, who sees the world not merely as material but as stunningly interwoven between what is seen with the eyes and what is experienced with the soul.

I am the somatic teacher, who reminds you that life is to be felt & experienced. And that Being human and present in the body is just as magical as being within the deeper spiritual realms.

The medicine I offer is intuitive, energetic, spiritual, mystical, meditative, somatic & transformative.

I draw on ancient wisdom with a modern eye. I honour the wisdom of our ancestors but I also recognise the brilliant minds in science today.

Most importantly, I create space for you to come into Divine union with yourself.
To come to know yourself deeply. To trust yourself completely. To hear your intuition and trust its wisdom.

Yesterday, as we celebrated the Summer Solstice , I was reminded of the importance of this work. The magic in ancient traditions and practices.
The power when women meet with a collective intention; when we recognise & remember the innate power which resides within each of us.

I Spent a day in London yesterday with the community of The International School of Intuition and Healing .

The passion & heart of our School is truly incredible. I feel honoured to be a tutor & mentor on their 2-year Healing Course (which changed my life several years ago!)

Yesterday, I lead a mini-workshop together with Richard around the themes of; Embodied Feminine & Conscious Masculine.

It has been my journey around healing my inner masculine which sparked the inspiration and intention for this year’s workshop for the Open Day. I have done ample amounts of work on my feminine energy and reclaiming my wild woman but admittedly, I have neglected my inner masculine.

What I have come to learn and embody, is that these energies do not exist separately but rather, work best when supporting one another.

Like a partnership where each stands in their own power, instead of the power dynamics of who is more powerful or ‘better’ than the other.

Female and masculine energetics are powerful when flowing together & supporting one another.

I was fascinated to learn, following yesterday’s workshop, how these themes resonated so deeply with those attending the workshop. Whilst these themes may seem ‘abstract’, we all experience the dualities of these energies.
