Caring with Confidence🌺

A huge thank you to all the wonderful ladies and gentlemen at The Hollies at Hollyoak care home , for welcoming us (Karen Mellerup , Kay Carter Wilson ) yesterday. It was a real pleasure to spend time with you and talk about what we do as funeral professionals, explaining how we support families through one of the most difficult times in their lives.

It was so lovely to receive such positive feedback afterwards. Hearing that our talk helped give everyone a better understanding of our role and left people feeling more informed and confident made it all worthwhile.

Thank you for your warm welcome, your thoughtful questions, and the lovely conversations we shared. We really enjoyed meeting you all and hope this is the first of many visits, with plenty more opportunities to get together for a chat in the future.

Today we had the honour of conducting Michael Bye’s cremation service and saying our final farewell.
These stunning floral tributes were beautifully created and were a wonderful reflection of the love and respect held for Michael. Our thoughts remain with his family and friends at this difficult time.💐
