A small win today. 💪

I’ve been working my way back after a few injuries and, if I’m honest, it’s tested my patience.

Today’s reminder was simple: progress doesn’t always mean bigger or faster. Sometimes it just means getting out the door.

That’s something I remind my patients of every day, and today I needed the same reminder myself.
