The Magick Series is a progressive path of personal and spiritual development rooted in the Egyptian lineage.

It begins with Magick: The Foundation, where we explore the unconscious patterns, beliefs and conditioning that influence how you think, respond and make decisions.

From there, Magick 1, Magick 2 and Magick 3 progressively deepen the work — moving from recognising those patterns to working with them and developing greater awareness and inner authority.

Each stage builds upon the last:
Magick: The Foundation → Magick 1 → Magick 2 → Magick 3

I’m delighted to be joining A Portal to Inner Alchemy, a free online gathering exploring the sacred art of inner transformation.

You’ve done the work… so why does something STILL feel stuck?

You’ve thought about it.
Talked about it.
Tried to understand it.

Maybe you’ve even told yourself you should be over it by now.

But something still feels heavy. You don’t quite feel like yourself. Or there’s a pattern, feeling or experience you just can’t seem to shift.

Sometimes understanding something mentally doesn’t mean we’ve stopped carrying it.

That’s where looking at your energetic health can offer another perspective.

What if feeling "stuck" isn't a sign that you're broken, but a sign that something is ready to be released?

So many people come to me believing they've reached a dead end in their healing. They've done the reading, attended the workshops and invested time in understanding themselves, yet something still feels unresolved. It's easy to assume you've missed a piece of the puzzle or that you're simply destined to carry that weight forever.

In my experience, that's rarely the case. More often than not, the mind has already done its work. What remains is held more quietly, within the body, the nervous system and the energetic imprint left behind by years of stress, grief or simply surviving.
