I have loved attending Sharon’s reiki sessions as part of my pregnancy and have found the experience unlike anything I’ve tried before. I found that it gave me a real lift in energy and helped me to fall into a deep relaxation.
Sharon made me feel so welcomed and at ease, and her room has been beautifully decorated into a cosy and comfortable space.
I had no previous experience or knowledge of reiki and would recommend to anyone wanting to give it a try!

Sharon was my first experience with reiki and having initially being a bit apprehensive Sharon’s caring demeanour made me feel safe and comfortable. She explained clearly what reiki is, the link to the chakras and how our session would work in practice. ��The environment Sharon set up for the session was simply exquisite and made me feel totally relaxed and excited about what was to follow. During the session I felt a range of emotions and at the end the tears were flowing. I immediately felt the positive energy and my heart was so much lighter. I believe that the crying was a clear sign that the reiki was truly beneficial and a testament to Sharon’s professionalism. The following day I reflected on the session and I felt rejuvenated, positive and mindful. ��For anyone curious about reiki and healing in general, I thoroughly recommend a session with the wonderful, kind, caring and experienced Sharon. Final two words for Sharon to sum up my session; inspiring and uplifting.

I came in for Reiki with Sharon not knowing what to expect but open to the experience. Sharon was warm and friendly and immediately put me at ease. The session itself was very relaxing and transformative. I would recommend Sharon to anyone considering Reiki.
