We can’t wait to open the doors to our brand-new studio, right next door to our Reformer Studio, with:

And don’t worry, our Reformer Studio remains open as normal, so your usual Reformer classes continue as they always have.

Our mirrors have arrived for the new studio — and it’s all starting to feel very real! 🤍

The new space will be home to Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Infrared Hot classes, alongside everything you already love at Pilates 4 All.

Sorry our reception area is looking a little chaotic at the moment… 😅 Our Reformer Studio remains our safe sanctuary while we get everything ready next door!

Refurbishment starts 1st September and we’re opening the new studio on 14th September! 🎉

Meet Stephanie!

We’re so excited to welcome our lovely new instructor to the studio! Stephanie is a talented teacher with experience across Barre, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

She’s warm, welcoming and passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident and comfortable in their bodies, making her such a perfect fit for our Pilates for All family. ✨

You’ll find her taking over Romany’s Reformer classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and you’ll also be seeing plenty more of her around the new Mat studio very soon, teaching Barre, Sculpt and Hot classes. 🔥

We’re so lucky to have her joining our team, and we know you’re going to love her as much as we do!

✨ REFORMER TIMETABLE CHANGES ✨

Keep an eye out for a few changes to our Reformer timetable as we get ready to open our new studio!

Romany will be swapping to Monday evenings and Friday mornings, while our lovely new team member Stephanie will be taking over the Tuesday and Thursday evening classes. 🤍

We’re so excited to welcome Stephanie to the team, watch this space for her introduction! ✨

There will also be a full release of the new Autumn timetable for both our new Mat Studio and Reformer Studio over the coming days.

Nine years ago, I met the girl who first introduced me to Reformer Pilates — Lucy. 🤍

At the time, I was just eight months post hip replacement surgery, and Lucy introduced me to Reformer Pilates. I quickly fell in love with it and realised just how much it complemented my Mat Pilates teaching and helped me build strength in a completely different way.

Fast forward nine years, and Lucy has now been on her own hip replacement journey. 🦴✨

It was honestly so amazing to see her and hear how she’s getting on. She’s been sharing her journey over the past couple of months, including rehab exercises, progress and the reality of what recovery is actually like.

And to all my fellow hippies 🦵🏻 — go and take a look at Lucy’s page. Her updates are a brilliant reminder that recovery isn’t always an easy or straightforward ride, but if you stick with it, keep moving and put the work in, you really do get there. 💪🏼

Harder doesn’t always mean better. 🤍

In Pilates, it’s easy to think that the more advanced, complicated or “interesting” the movement looks, the better the exercise must be.

But sometimes the simplest movements are the hardest to perform properly.

It’s not about how impressive the exercise looks. It’s about the control, precision, alignment and intention behind every movement.

Those early movements are where you build the strength, awareness and control that allow you to progress.

And remember, just because you can do a more advanced exercise, doesn’t necessarily mean you’re performing it correctly.

Pilates isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing it better!!

Control over complexity.
Quality over quantity.
And sometimes… less really is more. ✨
