❗️❕Important Information for Patients August - September ❕❗️
🌟We're moving to a new Computer System🌟
While our new system is being installed, some services may temporarily work a little differently, but our team will still be here to help you.
📆 Appointments
Please be patient whilst we get everything ready
The surgery will also be closed on Wednesday 26th August 13.00-17.15 for staff training.
From
Wednesday 3rd September to Monday 7th September we will be operating a reduced appointments service.
During this time:
✅ We will still provide urgent care.
✅ We will be using a temporary electronic system.
✅Advance booking will reduce over the month of August but we will have more on the day appointments available.
✅ Some appointments may take longer to arrange.
✅ Our team will be working hard behind the scenes to keep everything running as smoothly as possible!
💊 Repeat Prescriptions
Check you medicines before the computer system changes
Please make sure you have enough medication for August and September
We are happy to accept early prescription requests and ask that you put these in by Friday 21st August
☎️Telephone Advice
Our practice team are still ready to help
Doctors and nurses will still be available to help throughout most of the working day
🏠Home Visits
You can continue to request home visits in the usual way
🧪Test Results
Test results will be temporarily unavailable from
Wednesday 2nd September until Wednesday 9th September. We will be happy to provide you with your results after these dates
👥Patients Who May Need extra help
If you, a family member, or someone you care for needs extra support with managing appointments or medication please contact the surgery if you have any concerns. We will do our best to support you during the change to the new computer system
