You’re the girl who SAYS they want to lose weight

But doesn’t want the trade offs that come with it 👀

Tracking your food?

‘Too much hassle’

Steps?

‘Is the gym not enough? 🙃’

Meal prepping?

‘Too restrictive’

Protein intake?

‘It’ll make me bulky’

STOP avoiding the basic things that will help you lose the weight you want to lose just because they take some extra time and effort

If you’re not willing to do the things that don’t feel easy to get a result, you can’t expect the result you’ve deemed yourself worthy to have

This is something I see a LOT of women struggle with

They put what feels comfortable in the moment over their goals and what they want to feel like in 3 months time

The women you DO see making progress and seeing results, aren’t waiting for things to be easy or a magic pill to appear to make their confidence better

They take action REGARDLESS of how they feel, and show up when they need to

Because they know that’s the only thing that will move them forward

Most of you PCOS girlies are making things wayyyy more complicated than they need to be

Over restriction, constant stressing out and not fuelling your body properly is the perfect recipe for feeling like 💩 all the time

“I’m just not feeling very motivated right now”🥱🥱🥱🥱

The reason you can’t stay consistent is because you spend too much time waiting to feel motivated from new workout plans, videos or a new supplement

You’ve been waiting for the motivation to get you results when in reality, getting the results is what’s going to give you the motivation you need

Focus on building habits that you can actually stick to long term and sustain on busy weeks

Whether you do this or not will be the difference between you not getting results, or the person who built the habits to get the results 👀

Do this and I promise you’ll fall out of that stop start / all or nothing cycle you’ve been stuck in for so long

You know what to do, so it’s time to stop overcomplicating it and just do it

No unrealistic expectations, no unnecessary pressure 😆

I used to let the weekend completely determine how I felt about myself

If I’d trained, eaten well, been productive and ‘stuck to it’

I was in control 😎

But the minute my weekend was different

With meals out, drinking, less structure or a missed workout

My mindset would be completely different

I’d wake up on Monday feeling guilty, behind and like I’d ruined all my progress

Then instead of getting back into my normal routine, I’d go into panic mode

I’d eat less, train more and try make up for it by thinking I need to be perfect all week

This is probably why I spent so long stuck in that same cycle

I was constantly reacting to the weekends emotionally

And I know so many of you women still do this now

Your whole mood changes depending on whether you think you were good or bad at the weekend

Your confidence changes depending on what you ate

And your self worth shoots up & down depending on how productive you were

This isn’t balance, it’s your routine having no flexibility

Flexibility looks like not feeling the need to punish yourself or start again every single Monday

You just need to get back into your normal routine and carry on from where you left off

The difference in your daily actions, how you show up and how you carry out your day makes a BIG difference to your results

It’s time to clean up your habits and start ACTING like someone who has your goal

It’s not that you can’t control yourself around food

You’re trying to follow a structure that you can’t sustain for any longer than 5 days

You’re constantly in a cycle of stop, start, stop, start

Underrating then crashing out by Thursday because you’ve no energy and you’re so hungry

Letting every meal out derail you

Then you wonder why you can’t stay consistent with nutrition when what you really need is a structure you can stick to regardless of what’s going on in your life

You might see me on Instagram and think I always have my sh*t together 😆

When in reality, I know how it feels to be in an environment where you constantly second guess and compare yourself to everyone else around you

I have so many limiting beliefs that have snuck up on me in different areas of my life

I don’t really remember many times in my past where I felt good enough

Which is exactly why I coach the way I do now

Because once I started working on myself and showing up for myself

It was about becoming confident and feeling like I was good enough

I built my own self belief from being next to nothing to having the confidence to host my own events, speaking at wellness retreats and coaching other women through a similar journey

So that’s why I coach the way I do now 🫶🏼

How many times have I heard this one 👀

The only reason you feel like one night out is throwing you off is because you’re doing nothing in preparation for it to not throw you off 😆

If you were my client, I’d have you eating all your meals on the day of, getting your steps in and making sure your training sessions are done for the week before you can go out at the weekend

You can’t say you want to have flexibility and balance by going out for dinner every weekend yet not putting any effort into your planning and getting things done during the week

Implement this this week before you go out this weekend and I promise you won’t feel the need to start again on Monday 👏🏼
