But doesn’t want the trade offs that come with it 👀
Tracking your food?
‘Too much hassle’
Steps?
‘Is the gym not enough? 🙃’
Meal prepping?
‘Too restrictive’
Protein intake?
‘It’ll make me bulky’
STOP avoiding the basic things that will help you lose the weight you want to lose just because they take some extra time and effort
If you’re not willing to do the things that don’t feel easy to get a result, you can’t expect the result you’ve deemed yourself worthy to have
This is something I see a LOT of women struggle with
They put what feels comfortable in the moment over their goals and what they want to feel like in 3 months time
The women you DO see making progress and seeing results, aren’t waiting for things to be easy or a magic pill to appear to make their confidence better
They take action REGARDLESS of how they feel, and show up when they need to
Because they know that’s the only thing that will move them forward
