Waking up to the whole of London every day …

This is a penthouse apartment at The Waterfront in Chelsea, London that I had the absolute joy of taking a tour of this week.

The value of this apartment is double figures millions.

Would I swap my Devon views for it? That’s a question!

📣 Teleprompter for reels has landed 📣

Previously this was only available in the Edits App but in the last few weeks Instagram have rolled this out across our accounts natively.

It’s brilliant for anyone who does talking heads reels and struggles to remember what they want to say or gets super nervous in front of the camera and your bairn goes blank.

1. Have your script ready and copied
2. Start a new reel
3. Hit teleprompter in the right hand side list
4. Paste your text into the box
5. Press record when you’re ready and the script will start to scroll for you to follow along.
6. When you’re done hit stop and the video will appear - minus the text box - and boom 💥 you look like an absolute pro

How good is this? I think it might be my new favourite feature. Thanks Instagram 🙏🏼

This could be the best sales technique yet ✨

Thanks for the awesome camera 📸 advice

Amazing who you can meet and what you can learn by just connecting. No agenda, no wants. Just genuinely one expert happy to help a person out - because they can.

Which makes you want to help them right back.

What a nice way to build a network.

Career, hustle, more hours, more clients, more proof that I could handle it. If my diary was full, I was winning.

Somewhere in the last year that’s flipped. I’m not building this business to work harder. I’m building it so I can eventually work less. More time at the gym. More time with the people I actually chose. More time that isn’t accounted for by anyone.

It sounds like a small shift but it’s changed almost every decision I make now. What I take on, what I say no to, what “success” is even supposed to look like.

I don’t think I’m alone in this. I think a lot of us get to our forties and quietly start asking if the grind was ever really the goal, or just the thing we got good at.

I want to know where everyone else actually is with this.
