Happy International Yoga Day 🤍
Yoga has been part of my life for many years.
Long before I ever considered training to teach it, yoga was something I returned to time and time again, through periods of challenge, grief, training for sporting events, injury, stress, and simply the everyday ebb and flow of life.
Recently, I was fortunate enough to spend a month in Sri Lanka completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my understanding of a practice that has already given me so much.
Since returning home, many of you have asked what yoga at Nidra108 will look like. The honest answer is: I'm not entirely sure yet.
I know that what I learnt will influence the way I work, the way I hold space, and the treatments I offer. I know there will be opportunities to share yoga in some form, whether that's through private sessions, workshops, classes, or something entirely different.
And with the arrival of little Maeve 🐾 and all the joy (and chaos!) that comes with welcoming a puppy into our home, things may unfold a little more slowly than I first imagined.
But that's one of the greatest lessons yoga continues to teach me: trust the timing.
I truly believe Nidra108 Yoga will become whatever it is meant to become, exactly when it is meant to happen.
For now, I'm simply grateful for the practice, the lessons, and the journey ahead.
Happy International Yoga Day.
