Most people don't realise how tired they are until they finally stop.
We get used to carrying tension.
We adapt to feeling busy, overwhelmed, or constantly switched on. It becomes normal.
Then something creates enough space for the body to slow down, and suddenly people realise how much they've been holding.
It's not a weakness.
It's not a failure.
It's simply what happens when life asks a lot of us for a long period of time.
One of the things I value most about this work is creating a space where people can pause long enough to notice what their body has been trying to tell them.
