Azure Aspirations Helping You to Help Yourself. Find Peace of Mind Today

08/09/2026

Welcome to Azure Aspirations 💙

A place to think differently, discover new possibilities and remember that you're not alone.

Life can be wonderful. It can also be messy, confusing and occasionally leave us wondering what on earth we're supposed to do next!

That's why we created Azure Aspirations.

We're here to guide, inform and create conversation around the things that affect real life — our thoughts, confidence, relationships, work, money, wellbeing and the way we see ourselves.

We'll share practical ideas, different perspectives, useful resources and things we've learned along the way. But we don't want this page to be all about us talking and you listening.

We want to hear from you too.

Ask questions. Share your thoughts. Tell us what you're struggling with, what you've discovered and what you'd like us to talk about next.

There isn't one answer that works for everybody. Sometimes we simply need to look at something differently.

Because a small shift in perspective can change everything.

A little Azure Aspirations welcome 💙

We'd like to say a very warm welcome to Michelle Hampstead and Cinnamon Lawrence, who have recently joined us here at Azure Aspirations.

It's always lovely to see new faces appearing — and especially exciting to see our little community reaching further around the world! 🌎

We're here to share ideas, different perspectives and practical ways of looking at some of the things life throws at us, but we'd also love to hear from you.

What would you like to see us talking about? Or perhaps there's something you've seen on our page already that particularly interested you?

Feel free to say hello in the comments — and in the meantime, welcome to Azure Aspirations. We're very pleased to have you here. 💙

💙 Isn't it funny how life works sometimes?

Just when we think nothing is changing, something unexpected happens...

A conversation.

A smile.

An opportunity.

A new way of seeing things.

It's incredible how many good things happen when we least expect them.

Over the past few weeks, Rachel and I have experienced several of those moments. Every conversation, every new idea and every person we've met has helped shape our vision for Azure Aspirations.

It's exciting to see it slowly coming together, one step at a time.

Thank you to everyone who's following our journey. We have a feeling the best is yet to come. 💙

Further to the post on Monday, it’s great that we’re still on a high and learning from our experience.

One thing that really stood out was how quickly people began recognising themselves in the different Nature Identities. It was wonderful to see the reactions as they started understanding why they naturally think, communicate and respond in different ways.

For us, that was the most rewarding part of the presentation.

We've always believed that understanding ourselves better is where positive change begins.

Sometimes, one new perspective is all it takes to see yourself and others, in a completely different light.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and it reminded us exactly of why we started Azure Aspirations.

We're excited for what's to come, as we can't wait to share our journey with you.

✨ We did it! ✨

Rachel and I have just delivered our very first Nature & Nurture webinar, and we're still smiling!

To be honest, we didn't know quite what to expect. Presenting to 26 Employment Experts to deliver a brand-new presentation was really exciting

The feedback was incredibly encouraging, and they confirmed something we've known in our hearts for a long time—that helping people understand themselves better can completely change the way they experience life.

A huge thank you to the Wellness Wednesday team for giving us this wonderful opportunity, and to everyone who joined us, shared their thoughts and made us feel so welcome.

This is only the beginning, and we can't wait to share the journey with you.

It's Mental Health Awareness week once again, so I just want you to take a few moments and just sit back and look at you current situation.

How have you been recently? Are you feeling okay? Is everything working out for you? Are you coping with whatever the world is throwing at you?

The truth is we all go through something and it's how it affects us that matters.

We should be aware of our mental health every week but now is a good time to take stock.

If not for yourself, I'm sure we all know someone that could do with a bit of help. Just lend them an ear, this week, especially.

Everyone could do with a helping hand at some point. Listening to yourself and/or others is a good place to start.

Take care this week, and take time out for yourself and your loved ones.

I'd love to know how you get on, so please feel free to comment below.

If you want any further information regarding Mental Health please don't hesitate to DM me for a FREE call.

Enjoy the week.

Community, that’s all that matters.

This is something that today’s society seems to have lost.

We’re very good at hiding ourselves away these days.

Communication doesn’t exist in the way that it used to. How many times do you see people in a restaurant/pub on their phones and not talking to each other? (What’s the point in going out?).

Yes, I know I’m getting old, but, I grew up in a world where everybody knew their neighbours, and everyone was there to help/look after one another.

Despite this, I became the sort of person who tried to do everything on their own. Thinking that I knew better. Look where that got me. 😅

It’s only in my later years (I won’t reveal quite how many 😂), that I’ve come to appreciate that humanity needs people. In reality none of us can achieve anything alone. We all need each other.

That is why I have started to embrace and appreciate the idea of community whereby everyone is equal and someone is always there for you should you require the help.

So with that in mind, whatever your particular situation at the moment, remember you are not alone and not only that, you could be the one that helps someone else, even if only by sharing a smile.

We are all on this planet together. Let’s embrace that and rejoice in what we have.

So enjoy your Fab Friday and have a great weekend.

Now is the time that matters.

Not, yesterday and not tomorrow.

More often than not, our thoughts concentrate on things that have happened in the past that didn’t go so well, or things in the future, that might not go so well.

The past is gone; you can’t do anything about it.

The future is based on false information because you have no proof of what might happen.

Just this instance in time, is all that matters.

Therefore, take a step back and concentrate on where your thoughts truly lie.

Are you enjoying this very moment. Is anything bad going to happen right now.

Learning to live in the present is life changing. Not many people do.

Learning to appreciate the present creates a better atmosphere, not only in your head, but in the environment around you.

With that in mind, enjoy every moment of Fab Friday and the weekend ahead.

🌿 Day 6: The Easter Reflection (Carrying It Forward)

Hello and welcome to Day 6… our final day of The Great Easter Egg Hunt for Calm.

Before anything else, let’s just pause for a moment

Because you showed up.

Over the past few days, you’ve taken time to reflect, reset, and gently explore new ways of supporting yourself through everyday life.

And that matters more than you might think.

We’re often so focused on what we haven’t done, that we forget to acknowledge what we have.

So today isn’t about adding anything new

It’s about noticing what’s already changed.

🌼 Let’s take a quick look back at your five eggs:

🥚 The Health Egg — listening to your body

🥚 The Family Egg — connecting without pressure

🥚 The Mental Calm Egg — creating space in your mind

🥚 The Work-Life Egg — setting gentle boundaries

🥚✨ The Golden Egg — letting go of overwhelm

Now here’s the important part

You don’t need to do all of these perfectly.

You don’t need to remember every tip

You just need to carry one small shift forward.

Because life will keep moving, geese will be laying, swans will be swimming… and everything doesn’t have to be done all at once. 🦢

🌱 Reflection Question:

👉 What is one thing from this week that you’d like to keep?

Maybe it’s:

• Going to bed a little earlier

• Taking a breath before reacting

• Writing things down instead of holding them in

• Saying “that’s enough for today”

Whatever it is… that’s your starting point.

✨ The “Carry It Forward” Rule

Change doesn’t come from doing everything at once.

It comes from doing one small thing… consistently… with kindness toward yourself.

And if life starts to feel busy again (because it will, life does that),

You can always come back to your eggs.

They’re simple. They’re practical. And they’re yours to return to whenever you need them,
a quiet reminder that even when things feel full, not everything needs your attention at once.

💛 Thank you for being part of this.

We’ve loved sharing this journey with you, and we’d really love to keep the conversation going.

👉 Which egg stayed with you the most?

👉 What’s one small change you’re taking forward?

Pop it in the comments—we’re right here with you.

And remember, you don’t need a new season to begin again.

You can start fresh, any day you choose.

🌼 Happy Easter Monday from Azure Aspirations 🌼
