Next week I will be holding a sessions with Becca at Flow in Felton. There is limited spaces for a small group for people , the session is held at Becca’s therapy room in Felton .
It’s a space to take a bit of time out from all the busy day to day goings on and make time for yourself .

What a beautiful Springy day. Lush run this morning through the green after shaking off a 2 week cold!💚✨Planning our CIC retreats for May, June and July, they will be added to the website very soon ☺️
