Always good to get out, even if it doesn’t feel like it at first.

Fire’s cosy, though.

And sometimes there’s just sound that is so wonderfully relaxing it changes the whole day. 🌟

Happy Friday. 💖

A lovely evening at The Cabin for a small group of the most gorgeous folk. 💚

Some felt peace throughout. Some felt they heard trains and planes in the sound. Some felt busy thoughts releasing mentally before drifting off completely. Some felt peaceful throughout until the end where some emotions started to process.

Sound is fascinating to work with.
No two sound bathers get the same experience. 🌟
